Stayed Aug 13, 2025House is beautiful with lovely great room. Having only Netflix for TV is a problem. No local or national news.Queen bed is horrible, way too soft. We took turns sleeping on the couch. Internet was very slow if at all avail. Back fenced yard was ridiculous. Kitchen didn't have a blender and minimal cooking gear.Washer and dryer were great, nice refrigerator and dishwasher. Beautiful cabinets and decor.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025Lovely quest house tucked away in the back area of the property. Lots of privacy and very quiet. Home was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Great location near 101 Solana Beach/Del Mar in a quiet cute neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Nice little fenced area for the dog. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. The only thing we missed was not having a BBQ to grill. We love to grill but we managed and the indoor kitchen was well equipped. Recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable place near the coast.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024This ADU unit is very cute and clean. The location was excellent for our trip. I had not paid close enough attention to listing and was surprised to find only a Queen Size bed. There is plenty of room for a king and it was odd for a full one bedroom unit not to have it. My husband was having some back issues and couldn't deal with the queen, so he slept on the couch for a whole week. I would not have booked it if I had paid attention to that part! Also note that parking is on the street at the bottom of a fairly long driveway. It was fine for us, but might not be for everyone. No contact from owner or manager during our stay but we did not have issues, so it was Ok.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023The property is located in a quiet area of Solana Beach and is accurately portrayed. We very much enjoyed being close to everything including the beach, shopping, and San Diego. The unit is wonderfully decorated, spacious, and well equipped for cooking, working, etc. Would stay again without any reservations.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This guest house is wonderful! So fresh and clean and new, with great light. Well designed and everything I needed was right there: to work, to sleep comfortably, and feel safe. The location is perfect for getting to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I REALLY hope to come back!
