Dream vacation home in an absolutely peaceful location

A gorgeous house in a gorgeous location. It’s well looked after, the housekeeper was very welcoming and helpful. The house had plenty of space and everything we needed.

We wanted somewhere special to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house was a perfect place to be, it is in the most beautiful setting, very well looked after and comfortable. We had the best time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space both inside and outside.We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, which is always impeccably maintained.Everything you need is available. Many thanks as well to the owner and to Daniela, who are both extremely helpful.If you have a question, they go out of their way to assist you.Highly recommended if you're looking for a villa in a peaceful setting with all the comforts!

Amazing location, very comfortable home. Perfect for our family vacation.

The house sits on a top a of the hill with amazing views of Tuscany. Location-wise it was about 30 mins to Montalpulciano, 50 mins to Sienna and an hour to Perugia. Decent equipped.

We stayed 22 days. Wonderful villa. Fantastic location to be away from everything. Incredible views. Great property. Well appointed villa with everything you need. Clean. Daniella the property manager was a charm. Helpful and very nice. 10 minutes from Sinalunga and a great location to go to all the sites. Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, 1hr from Florence. Loved it. Highly recommend it. Great check in. Super place. Need a vehicle. Thanks Irene and Daniella.

This house is a country paradise. The pool, the herb garden and the host Irene were all wonderful! We were here with our two small children during a heatwave, so the pool was a lifesaver as the house doesn't have AC. We had to leave a day early because the nights were a little too hot with small children and only a couple of fans, but we would still highly recommend this property. There was enough space to spread out and enjoy time together. If you enjoy cooking and breathtaking views, this place is for you!

We traveled to Tuscany to celebrate my son's 30th birthday. My son is also on the autism spectrum, so I wanted a beautiful and peaceful house that was also comfortable. This house exceeded all our expectations and made my son's birthday incredibly special. The house itself is stunning, decorated in the traditional Tuscan style, and impeccably clean. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend it for a long-term stay. The owner, Irene, is absolutely lovely, friendly, and kind. We had a long journey to reach the house and ended up getting lost along the way, but Irene made sure to locate us and guide us to the house. She kindly checked in on us every day to ensure we had everything we needed. Our stay here was truly memorable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this house to others. Irene also provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations. We affectionately called this house our sunshine home.

A breathtaking property, very clean with a fully equipped kitchen to cook at home. A close drive to Siena and Florence and Irene gave us such a warm welcome! The grounds of the property were also stunning. Make sure to rent a car as the train station in Sinalunga is not walkable.

A lovely villa with pool. So peaceful but within easy reach of so many beautiful Tuscan towns. The property remained cool in the heat and has breathtaking views all around the local countryside. Highly recommended.
