What a great property to use as base to explore the Bayfield/Durango area. This property is a well maintained guest house we found to be stock with all the essentials and then some. The owner was very responsive and communicated quickly via the app messaging. Internet is available and several game systems if you need some down time.

Were in Bayfield to visit son and his family. Spent most of our time at their house. Used guest house for sleeping and showering. It was very clean and well equipped with appliances and the bed was comfortable. Could use some instruction on TV use.

This property is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located and easy to navigate to. The bed was comfortable but a bit small for us and there weren’t any nightstands but we repurposed the chairs from the kitchen table and that helped. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was due to finding a few spiderwebs and 2 spiders and there was some ant activity in the bathroom. I informed the owner and they stated they will deal with that issue so that future guests won’t have that problem. We visit elderly family in Bayfield and will stay at this property again!!

Very clean and quiet place. About 20 minutes from downtown Durango and only about 15 minutes from Lake Vallecito. Easy access and driveway parking. Has any cooking essentials you need and the washer and dryer is certainly a plus. We would certainly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

It was nice to have a place in Bayfield without having to drive from Durango. Hosts were very accommodating when I messed up my departure date
