A city loft in a country setting! Beautiful and serene...

This is our fourth stay, and the hosts could not be more nice and friendly. The serenity and beauty of the property is amazing. The guest cabin is always clean and comfortable. Truly a delightful getaway in the Driftless!

Have stayed at The Knapp Creek Guest House numerous times, and it's always clean, organized and well - managed. We love the place.

Everything was perfect.For awareness, it does say it sleeps four. The second bed is a sofa couch so it could be a bit of an issue if two larger adults were to sleep on it. It was fine for my 15 yo son.

We were looking for a remote setting to relax and this is perfect. Rick is super nice and helped fix an issue quick. Highlight of our stay are the barn cats Rusty and Patches who were super friendly. We had clear nights during our stay and the sky was super dark with no light pollution. We did star gazing and I took some pictures of deep sky objects

Beautiful setting. A lot of space to walk our dog. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and cozy. Owners were very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. I would stay there again.

The place was great for a long weekend. The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable, the couch and recliner were great after a long day(s) of fishing. The kitchen had everything you need to make a good meal. The grounds around the build are beautiful. The night stars were bright and plentiful. I did show up in the dark and it a little tricky due to the GPS so be prepared and you will be fine.

So peaceful and quiet! The interior is updated and has everything you need. You can even fish on the property, we caught a couple of small fish. Owners are friendly and my son loved running around the property and interacting with all the farm animals!

Relaxing setting with daily visits by sheep and two cats. The trout stream on the property was a hit with my flyfishing husband. Birds were delightful with baby flycatchers on the deck. Very quite setting.

Many trout streams within a short drive of the property. The barn cats will come out and greet you every time you return home.

The property is absolutely amazing. This place will heal your soul. The pastures to walk our dog in to the immaculately cared for landscaping and post card quality views of this beautiful river valley are awe inspiring. The living space is comfortable and homey. The event space is perfect for any gatherings if the weather isn't cooperating. The outdoor pavilion and wood oven make for the perfect cooking/dining experience. The hosts are two of the friendlest people you could ever meet. Pet friendly if you choose to bring your dog like we did.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property, and it's a core feature of our annual trips to the Driftless area. Quiet and beautiful, with the creek in the front yard and the farm animals nearby. We also love our hosts!

A favorite get away for us. Great hosts, beautiful location, fly fishing, and fun food in nearby Viroqua and Westby. Relaxing and serene.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend in the fall. The hosts were so kind and helpful the entire time. There are two very adorable and friendly barn cats on property that greeted us when we arrived and hung out with us for the weekend. The trout stream on property was great for my husband, while I was able to read and relax in the Adirondack chairs up on the ridge! A truly amazing and relaxing weekend! 10/10 would recommend! We definitely intend on coming back!!

Unfortunately, we had a lot on our to-do list for this trip, so we were not able to spend much time at the beautiful property. This was quite unfortunate, because I could have been pleasantly content just sitting in a chair watching the sun rise and set over this property. It is just so picturesque and serene. So much green space that abuts a beautiful hardwood forest with a whispering little river that competes with the crickets' songs at night. Absolutely lovely! The interior accommodations were just as nice. Comfy, charming and absolutely quiet! Next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

This is a prime location in the heart of the Driftless Area. We visited in the fall and the colors were beautiful. This is a gorgeous property - immaculately kept inside and out. The guesthouse was perfect for the 2 of us and our pup. Comfy bed. Full kitchen to eat in or have coffee on the deck and enjoy the views. Friendly owners. We hope to visit again!

Perfect weekend in a quiet valley location.

Loved how tucked away and quiet this little place was. It had all we needed and was just a short country road drive into Westby area. Our only complaint was that the bed was a bit too hard for our liking. Having the ability to add a down or cushioned topper would be nice. Just a suggestion.
