Stayed Feb 25, 2026We enjoyed our stay at the mountain farmhouse. The new kitchen is very well appointed. The fireplace family room is very cozy and the bedrooms are generous in size. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids with room to spare. The location is very close to Sunday River and our host Julie was very easy to connect with when we had questions.

Stayed Feb 20, 2026Beautiful old farmhouse with an impressive array of antiques, lots of space, and a ton of character. Beds were very comfortable, and kitchen was modernized. The gas fireplace was really nice for hanging out in the living room! There are also a lot of board games and a ping pong table - always a good add. The host was very communicative and helpful!

Stayed Jan 16, 2026The host was very welcoming and receptive. The house was very nice with an amazing view of Sunday River. We travelled with a group of 6 and the house was very comfortable, and had plenty of room. We especially loved the location of the house. It was an easy drive, and very close to Sunday River.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025Beautiful stay at this lovely home overlooking the mountain. The photos are accurate and everything was comfortable. The kitchen could use a little updating as there weren’t great pots and pans etc. but we made do.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Very well restored home (from late 1700's) in a great location. Lots of room to spread out. Wonderful views. I suspect it would be even better in the summer and fall for a family. Easy winter drive to the Jordan or South Ridge; truly 5 minutes.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024Fantastic stay at this property - very cozy home moments away from the slopes. Visited with a group of 12 and we all fit in very nicely. With only two bathrooms for that many people, we had to be very disciplined with toilet times, but otherwise it worked out ok. Wonderful kitchen dining room, great for hosting large meals and playing board games.
