Set amidst farm fields and directly across the road from Tiverton's Fogland Beach this sunny, coastal farmhouse circa 1750 has just completed a total renovation and is now available for summer 2023. About 10 minutes from Four Corners with its cafes, galleries, antique shops and ice cream service, this is an ideal spot to spend your summer vacation. Plus Newport, Providence and New Bedford all lie about 30 minutes away.

All new house systems, central AC, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances and furnishings make this a turnkey opportunity. Beautiful stone patio with gas grill and non-exclusive use of surrounding gardens and barn included. The barn is a wonderful place for small gatherings and events subject to owner pre-approval. All utilities except phone and cable included. Also, there is a mooring available for use.

The first floor consists of a front hall/stairway with a living room and a den. The back of the first floor features an open dining area and kitchen with granite counters. A mudroom with laundry and half bath offers access to the parking area, outdoor shower and stone patio.
