Stayed Jul 27, 2024We, a family of four, stayed at this lovely villa for one week, during the end of July and beginning of August. The place is stunning and had a wonderful pool area, trampoline and a football game for the kids. We had our rooms on the second floor and were able to use the downstairs kitchten which had everything you needed. During our stay it was very hot (35-39 degrees) and even though there were fans in our rooms it was not enough, AC would have given this place a full score. Other than that, it was absolutely beautiful and Livia, the owners niece, was really kind, she gifted us tomatoes and zucchini from their farm. They also gifted us amazing olive oil and lentils from their farm as a welcome present.

Stayed Jul 10, 2020it s ckeaniest holiday rental we've ever had. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this apt to anybody any time! Next time I hope I will be able to get an apartment on the ground floor that opens onto the beautiful courtyard or the house on the hill. The pool is really super. The whole property is a dream. In a few minutes (by car) you can reach a supermarket and all other kinds of shops and the beatiful town of Spello. And all around in a short distance, there are dozen of other great towns to visit. Checking was fast and smooth. I really appreciated the complimentary soap and shampoos etc that we were given. They were extra quality and made here in Spello with olive oil. I liked them so much that I went and bought some of these products to take home! All in all a great experience. Thanks!!
