Stayed Dec 28, 2025Hot tub was great! The pool table was excellent for everyone! We loved it! It was perfect for our Christmas get together! We loved the farmhouse ! It was very cold so we stayed inside a lot! We would love to go there again!

Stayed Dec 22, 2024This place worked out great! The property manager was very helpful. We enjoyed the house and bunkhouse so much. It is the perfect location in Helen. We enjoyed hotdogs and s’mores at the fire pit and dips in the hot tub. It was such a great place!!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024We stayed for a long weekend with family and truly enjoyed our time at the property. It had plenty of space for our family of 6 and even had an extra cabin with bunkbeds that we didn't need to use. The kitchen worked out for us and the living area was pleasant. The location of the house was perfect. Not too close to Helen where Oktoberfest was going on, but close enough for an easy drive, maybe 5 minutes, if that.
