Whispering Pines is one of our original 1930s vintage cottages and is located on the pennisula of the cove with 180 degree views of Pemaquid Lake. It has the best lake views on the property with a fully functioning kitchen, one 3/4 bath with a shower and one bedroom that accommodates 3 plus a pull-out sofa in the living room. Stayed Jun 12, 2021Lovely cottage, Whispering Pines, enjoyed the serenity of being on the point. The 3 sided water view was incredibly relaxing. Saw an eagle, several days, sitting on a dead tree out on one of the islands, was glad I brought the binoculars. Loons, ducks, geese family. We had a lovely time, I can see why the cottages get booked quickly.

Stayed May 31, 2021My husband and I (and our fur baby) stayed in Whispering Pines for a week. Our stay was very peaceful. Our cottage had plenty of room and lots of windows. We had a beautiful view of the lake on three sides. We will be back.

Stayed Sep 12, 2020The lake was wonderful! The view from the cabin, terrific! The neighbors were nice but cabins were situated so you had your privacy. Lovely location to visit other areas too!! Great Stay,, peaceful and calming. Cleansing of spirit and mind. The rowboat rides were pure splendor!!
