Enjoy a classic Cape Cod getaway at this cozy seasonal beach home just a 10-minute walk to Haigis Beach with deeded access to the Swan Pond River for kayaking.

The home offers comfortable indoor living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private deck with outdoor dining and shower, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach.

The home operates seasonally from April 15 – October 15. Window A/C units keep the bedrooms and living room cool in the summer, while fans provide additional airflow throughout the home. A larger heater warms the main dining area while space heaters are available in the bedrooms and living room for cooler spring / fall nights

Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a pull-out full-size sleeper sofa.
