This is a smaller yet, accommodating cottage for an affordable vacation. This cottage has all of the modern conveniences with the charm of Pentwater in the 40’s. Combo kitchen and dining area. The main floor has a full bath (shower only). 4 smaller bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are on the main floor; 2 bedrooms have a queen bed, and the third has a bunk bed. The upstairs dormer style room has a full bed and 2 twin beds, lower ceiling, but works well for children.
Ideal location for families.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025The Wakeman Cottage is a cute place to stay. The daily visits from the deer were a delight to my husband and sun.We found the accommodations adequate. The beds were comfortable, dining area sufficient and it was nice to relax and have our morning coffee in the livingroom. Lots of outdoor space for kids to play and enjoy a meal outdoors.Storage and air conditioning were lacking. However, window fans did provide some relief from the summer heat.Overall, we always enjoy visiting Pentwater. We've been visiting since 1978.Thank you for your hospitality.
