This is a lovely home and a perfect spot to get away from it all. There was plenty of room for 7 of us and the teens and dog loved the garden. It was cold enough in the evenings to enjoy the cosy fire, and so much to do in the area during the day. It’s definitely a spot we would love to visit again!

I stayed at the Dairy for a week in August, with some family and friends. The cottage is wonderfully spacious, beautifully clean and well equipped, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. It has a large, well fenced garden - ideal for our dog. It also has a nearby area containing some wallabies - a novel feature! Three good sized double bedrooms, and one decent sized single fitted our needs. The other two bedrooms, a little smaller, we didn't need, but are perfectly usable. The cottage is a few minutes drive from High Bentham, and you definitely need a car to get to shops, pubs or takeaways. It is wonderfully peaceful in its remote setting, with plenty of walking in the area, which suited us perfectly. This part of the Yorkshire Dales is lovely. I would recommend it without any hesitation.

Very well appointed, spectacular views, plenty of room for car parking and closed off area for pets. Would highly recommend this property for a family holiday.
