Turnstone is a detached upside-down Norfolk coastal house, quietly situated in the select Branodunum development, within walking distance of Brancaster's stunning sandy beach, golf club and The Ship Inn. Under new ownership, this lovely house has been redecorated from top to toe for use as a family holiday home. All three bedrooms are on the ground floor, with the kitchen and living area on the first floor with distant sea views. Outside there's a fully enclosed courtyard garden which is a real sun-trap and the advantage of private off-street parking for three cars. It is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Norfolk Coastline; famous for its salt marshes with their diverse and abundant wildlife, undulating golden sand dunes and beaches that go on forever.

Ground Floor

Bedroom 1: newly decorated room with feature wallpaper. There are doors opening out to the enclosed garden. Contains a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes.

Shower room: has a cubicle with electric shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Bedroom 2: with doors opening out to the enclosed garden. Contains a double bed, bedside table and lamps, wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.

Bedroom 3: with twin beds, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, chair.

Bathroom: bath with shower over, hand basin and WC.

Utility room: useful room with a washing machine and a sink.There is a pedestal electric fan kept in the cupboard under the stairs.

First Floor

The stairs are not steep and there is a hand rail. At the top of the stairs is a stair-gate.

Kitchen: Well equipped with an electric oven and halogen hob, slim-line dishwasher, full height fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine.

Sitting/dining room: has distant sea views with a beamed ceiling and an open working fireplace. The sitting area has two large velvet sofas and a Smart TV and DVD player. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and a bench.

There is a highchair and a travel cot to use at the property if required.

Outside

The house is accessed via a long drive and has private parking for at least 3 cars in the shingled driveway.

The courtyard garden is fully enclosed with a high wall and so safe for children and dogs. There is the convenience of an outside hot tap ideal for washing wet and sandy dogs!

There's an outside table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue in addition to a garage which may be used for the storage of bicycles.

The beautiful coast at Brancaster, the much acclaimed Royal West Norfolk golf club and The Ship Hotel are all within walking distance.
