Tropic Getaway Near Bryce Canyon National Park!

The house looked like the photos. It was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. I would have liked some curtains or blinds in the kitchen, but only a minor issue. Nice to have coffee provided. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating.

This was a very cozy home. Great location to visit the parks. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms. It would be great for a family visiting the area.

This was a lovely place and very close to Bryce Canyon. The host was very responsive. The only item we found could use some improvement were the mattresses in the rooms - they were not comfortable. We would stay here again, though.

This is an old home. The floors are not level and creaked. The furniture was not particularly comfortable. The porch light didn't work. When we arrived we found wet linnens in the washer (been there a couple of days from the smell); a load of bedding in the dryer and a pile of bedding (dirty) on top of the dryer. There are a lot of rules for guests. Maybe there should be some for the property owner.

A very nice home in an older neighborhood. The convenience of visiting Bryce was great.

Ideal location near Bryce National Park and Kodachrome State Park. Easy to buzz up to Escalante or over to Panguitch. Quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor patio. Comfortable beds, nice linens, adequate kitchen.

We wanted separate bedrooms. Check.Full kitchen. Check.More than 1 bathroom. Check.Location not far from Bryce. Check.Bix of tissues would have been appreciated!

We stayed at the property during our Utah trip to visit Bryce Canyon. The location was perfect, very close to the park. My family had plenty of space in the house.

We really enjoyed our time in Tropic, Utah. The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. We enjoyed the town of Tropic and we were very happy with how close we were to Bryce Cannon. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a clean, comfortable house to stay in while visiting Bryce Cannon Park to rent this house.

Many issues to list. If it wasn’t clean we would have left.

Overall pleasant stay but many items in kitchen outdated. Coffee pot needed descaled and would not work until i descaled. One kitchen chair wobbly.

Location near Bryce Canyon was perfect for our trip. We were traveling with 2 teens, so it was great for everyone to have their own bedroom. Luggage racks were appreciated. We enjoyed eating at several places nearby. House is in a quiet area.

The house was comfortably furnished and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near restaurants and Bryce Canyon National Park.

We had a lovely 2 night stay on our recent trip to Bryce Canyon. The house is exactly as described with great access to the park. We would stay again.

This home was very convenient for our stay -- just minutes to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome. The beds were comfy, the showers had great water pressure, and the outdoor sitting area (where we spent most our time while at the house) was plentiful and shaded by old trees. The owner (a very nice man) of the property lives next door and seemed to be always on the watch -- a fence dividing the backyards would be nice to give guests a bit more privacy. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying again if we are in the area.

The house was very comfortable for our family stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to have family meals, play games and enjoy s’mores at the fire pit. It was conveniently located near Bryce Canyon and we had a great trip!

This is a funky old house near Bryce Canyon. Funky can be fine, but it this case we got mud on the windowsills and a kitchen window so dirty you couldn’t see out of it. Also the shower curtain rods kept falling down and there was a musty damp smell in the bedrooms. We tried multiple times to contact the property manager before we arrived and even asked Evolve, the property management company, to contact her for us and all to no avail. We never did reach her. On the brighter side, the floors were very clean, all the appliances worked, and it was very convenient to Bryce.
