The cabins were what we expected. Not too far From Bryce Canyon. My biggest issue is that I booked. Room with a King bed and was confirmed a King bed but when we arrived the cabin had 2 Queen beds. Called manager to inquire but all King cabins had already been booked so none were available to us unril a couple days after our stay started. We decided we did not want to move cabins for only one night. Everything else about cabin was fine.

Vaulted ceilings, log furniture, very nice cabin, HOWEVER went i sent pic of mattress cover i was told ya we know, new ones coming next week. An apology would have gone a LONG WAY! Low rating due to filthy cover and them not caring at all. I even sent pic, wish I could attach here.

Clean facilities. Easy check in and we enjoyed our stay. Made reservations over the phone, gentleman we talked to was amazing and answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. He was really nice and does a great job. He stopped by later on and remembered my name, welcomed us. Look forward to staying there more in the next 6-8 months during our electrical work on the high school in Tropic. Makes being away from home much more enjoyable. Great location and great accommodations. Thanks!

Clean, cute and neat log cabin. Everything was lovely except the pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable. Other than that is was great and comfy.

Cute little cabin. Basically a separated hotel room. But clean and comfortable for two people. 15 min from Bryce Canyon NP without the crowds at the resort next to the park. Good local restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Pretty sunrise, and dark skies at night. Quiet and convenient.

Get to the log cabin, door code beep repeatedly when pressing lock. Cabin door wasn’t locked. Couldn’t lock the place if we left. Called customer service to fix the door lock pad as this is a safety issue. He’s going through some checks and I said I’ve done that already. Apparently I hurt his feelings by interrupting him, but didn’t realize it. He stopped talking and I thought he was looking into another issue. After a few minutes I hung up and called back saying I think we got disconnected and he goes, no you were rude by interrupting me and started going on how rude I was. Here is a customer with a legitimate problem of a simple door lock issue and he escalated to a much bigger issue and I asked for a refund and left to a better hotel! Best Western Plus, 5 minute drive from the park entrance. Plus shuttle service right to the park.

Good – location is near Bryce Canyon and right across the road from local market. Bad – there is now a barb wire fence between property and market, so you must walk around the city block to the market or pick you way thru some rough terrain. Good – mattress is the right firmness, no sagging. Bad – they have added plastic over the top of the mattresses since last year, so every time your or you part

Stayed here last year, it was okay, not great then, but things have deteriorated in the last year. Good – location is near Bryce Canyon and right across the road from local market. Bad – there is now a barb wire fence between property and market, so you must walk around the city block to the market or pick you way thru some rough terrain. Good – mattress is the right firmness, no sagging. Bad – they have added plastic over the top of the mattresses since last year, so every time your or you partner move, the plastic makes a loud scrunching noise. Two other cabins told me they had the same issue. Bad – there is a gigantic clock in the room that woke me up with its loud ticking last year. Good – the battery in the clock is dead, no one has replaced it, so it doesn’t tick anymore. Good – outdoor BBQ grills with plastic picnic tables. Bad – no one cleaned the ashes out of the grills in four days and the table material has dry rotted in the sun, so wasp (yellow jackets?) are living in the benches. Good – refrigerator will get cold enough to freeze. Bad – the fridge is really small and sits on the counter near the sink. Don’t look behind it as the lack of cleaning is really obvious. Summary – place could be fabulous but the things are being done, not being done that makes it so I will not come back again. We were in cabin 5 both this year and last.
