Stayed Jul 8, 2024Our stay at the Cove was enjoyable. Our accommodations were not as expected from the pictures (blue house near the canal). We were placed in another property towards the middle of the development. The kitchen is not well appointed for cooking so we had to buy some pans and dish soap. The bathroom floors were not well cleaned - hair and dirt but we had access to a vacuum to clean it up. The beds are layered with a sheet and a blanket in the closet - we recommend bringing another blanket or cover for the beds for the cooler nights. Otherwise, the space was perfect for our family with a nice open layout for relaxing. Another point of caution would be that we were in a bottom floor dwelling - which is nice to not have the stairs but you are subject to noises above you. Not much sleep later in the week due to the upstairs tenants loud footsteps and bathroom use. The staff working in the supply store were wonderful and patient. The boat rental was a great addition to our stay. We do hope to come back again - but will request a cottage so as not to have loud neighbors above us.

Stayed Sep 18, 2022Had a great time with our boys (ages 3&5). They loved the pool/playground and going out in the pontoon boat. And we felt very secure like we were staying at a private resort.
