The charm of Old Cape Cod-free standing cottage

Great location in East End of Provincetown very quiet but just a short walk to downtown. Hosts were fabulous I highly recommend this property

Nice place, walkable to downtown Provincetown. The host very friendly and accessible, if needed. Unit has one bed and one pull out couch, refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, TV and air conditioner.

The overall value for the cost seemed fair for the time of the year. The cottage we stayed in was quaint and equipped with everything we needed and made it possible for us to enjoy many in house meals to save us some . We left some sun-shade umbrellas there in hopes that they will be used by future guests. We may well be those future guests as this property suited us well and was still affordable on our budget:-)

It's a fun little cottage, not especially spacious but private which is nice. Air conditioner, functional kitchen (not that I really cooked while I was there), pretty much exactly as advertised. If they added an umbrella for the outdoor porch/seating area it would be amazing. It's nice to sit out in the morning but with the direct sunlight it can be a little too warm. It's a long walk from town, but if you rent bikes it's easy to get to.

The cottage was perfect. The hosts were very kind and attentive. I would definitely come back. I had a perfectly relaxing stay.

First, the hosts greeted me very warmly. The cottage was very clean and has all that you need. It is very well decorated. I like the photographs and paintings. It is located in the quiet East End of town, away from the noisy centre. It is quiet and I slept very well. The mattress is very confortable. And very important in Provincetown, there is a parking space. All in all, this cottage was a great choice and I strongly recommend it.

In the check in it was going to he a good stay Thought it would have been appropriate for the owner to meet me at the property But down from there Not me go to her office The house was vintage 1950 in all aspects Furniture and such Both frig and range were painted white to hide ware and age Shower was old and parts rusted Towels were a mismatch well used Only one AC in bedroom Not that great TV in bedroom was old style tube TV !!!! Main TV had inadequate reception Parking was dangerous but sufficient Location described was not as expected

The cottage was so lovely and private. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the market/cafe, and a 25 minute walk to downtown Commercial. The bed was comfortable. There were great ceiling fans and skylights throughout. Diane and Val were absolutely wonderful. Super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
