The Stables is an enchanting Cotswold holiday cottage, with a wood fired hot tub, situated within the picturesque grounds of Camden Farm, near the historic market town of Faringdon and Lechlade-on-Thames. The cottage oozes charm and style with an excellent standard of fittings and furnishings throughout. With thick stone walls, flagstone flooring, wooden beams and wood-burning stove, the property is full of history and character. This dog friendly cottage is an ideal place to escape to with your family or friends for some peace and quiet away from your busy life!

This three bedroom holiday home in Radcot, near Lechlade-on-Thames is the perfect dog friendly holiday home and ideally located to explore the surrounding countryside on foot. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by three additional infants (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for up to 3 cars
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

Guests are requested to bring their own towels to use the hot tub
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

    The cottage was ideal for a weekend catching up with friends. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Love big kitchen social space. Would also be great for families with the garden space and amenities on the site. Only fault would be the hot tub - we tried to get it going but it would have taken too long to heat up, also no outside light by the hot tub made it impractical on the winter evening.

    We booked The Stables as a surprise for my husbands 50th birthday, and had amazing weekend. The house was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail was incredible. There was 3 couples, 2 little dogs and our baby granddaughter... all 3 double bedrooms were very spacious and beautifully clean.. everything you need in the kitchen dinner! Lounge was very cosy and comfortable. We all came away from our stay relaxed! Great communication with the owners. Even went the extra mile after we left. Unfortunately we left our son-in-laws coat in one of the bedrooms. They very kindly posted it back to us.. we would highly recommend The Stables. Many thanks again for a amazing weekend x

    Amazing property, location is amazing cottage is so well equipped and beautifully presented. The amenities on site as well were such an added bonus. Few minor cleanliness issues such as cobwebs which is expected in a country cottage. My only suggestion not criticism is the washer and dryer need a good clean as they’re mouldy so we couldn’t use. Overall we had the best stay and would definitely return

    We had an amazing time, such a wonderful property. Chosen because we needed three bedrooms with ensuite of equal standard. We went paddle board and used the hot tub which was amazing. The pipes of the kitchen tap made a noise but didn’t really bother us too much.

    Our group of 6 friends returned to this wonderful place having loved it so much last year. The facilities are fantastic en-suites in every bedroom, decor excellent throughout plenty of space with an outdoor dining area with a superb view and a hot tub. It’s highly recommended!

    We had a wonderful stay at The Stables. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious and very well equipped, perfect for a family gathering. Outside there is a very large enclosed garden which is good for children or pets. Lovely walks nearby and the table tennis and table football were put to good use as was the lovely new sauna. The location was good with easy access to Faringdon and Burford. Lovely and quiet.

    We had a wonderful stay at The Stables. The property is beautifully converted - full of character with a stylish, modern touch. It’s quiet, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with everything thoughtfully provided for a relaxing break The hosts were warm, welcoming, and responsive - making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of care into the space We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming countryside escape

    We had a great stay in a beautiful cottage in stunning surroundings. The facilities and cottage were excellent, really comfortable, lovely open plan kitchen and large bedrooms. The little touches for our dog, baby was really appreciated and we had everything needed across the property and kitchen. The surroundings were lovely with a beautiful private garden space for enjoying the outdoors. The only thing to bear in mind is the need to drive to neighboring towns/villages to see things or eat out as there's nothing in the immediate area or walkable.

    We were at The Stables over a weekend. The property is lovely, spacious, tastefully furnished and well-equipped. The surroundings are pretty, with the riverbank only a short walk away. Faringdon is nearby and we visited Lechlade, Cricklade, Hampton and Burford. We had a great time and would happily visit again and recommend this property to others.
