Our experience was exceptional. The accommodation was pristine and well-appointed, and every little detail had been thought of to ensure a comfortable weekend stay. As for the beds and bedding, this was by far the most comfortable sleep we all had away from home.

We loved our week away at High and Little Barns. It was the perfect location and accommodation for a group of us to get away for a few days. It had everything we needed; lovely walks right on the doorstep and fab to relax in the hot tub to watch the autumn sunset. We really didn’t want to leave.

The main house beds mattresses were too bouncy and soft with users concerned about falling out of bed in the night! The wi-fi was very poor as we couldn’t get the available channels to load consistently. The wood fired hot tub was a disappointment-too much faff! Otherwise a comfortable stay. Thanks

We stayed here for my husband’s 30th birthday with family and 2 dogs. The property is perfect, enclosed garden for the dogs, all the essentials are provided and great location. The host is very responsive. Will definitely be back!

This is our second visit to this gorgeous barn. Much loved by our grown children. The location is great. Kitchen is fabulous cooked dinner every night to enjoy around the big dining table. The spa was used and the new addition of the sauna was welcomed.

Not only is the property so idyllic in its location, but the decor of the entire property was absolutely stunning! There were well kept amenities, and little touches that saved us having to just pop to the shops. The rooms are super spacious! And overall was just such a peaceful experience for our long weekend!Thank you so much

We’ve stayed at Camden Farm before in one of the other properties, The Stables, which was a wonderful stay and so we knew we had to re-book another of the properties when returning with a larger party. We had such a wonderful stay at High and Little Barns – it really felt like a home from home. The property is beautifully done and very well equipped (though with the size of the house, a few more sharp knives in the kitchen would be a welcome addition!). The property manager was so responsive and generous, which made everything really easy and stress-free. The barns are in the most beautiful location – peaceful and scenic – and we enjoyed it so much that we even decided to extend our stay. Camden Farm hosted many of my family members across several of their properties for our wedding week, and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stays. We’ll definitely be back again! The only comment I can make to improve would be to consider amount of storage in bedrooms. Some bedrooms don’t have wardrobes and some don’t have chest of drawers, which isn’t ideal. Simple furniture swaps, like ensuring bedside tables have storage space and bathrooms have cabinets would massively help ensure the home-from-home feel is consistent throughout the properties.

Beautiful accommodation that’s perfect for a large, multi generational group. We arrived on a Friday and didn’t leave for the whole weekend. There was so much to do. Very comfortable and well equipped. Would come back.

This was our second stay as the facilities are perfect for our group. We loved our stay, the location is great and the barns have everything you could think you’d need! Our only improvement would be the TV in High Barn kept glitching and we’d need to restart it often. Thanks for having us and I’m sure we will be back

Beautiful barns, beautiful location Very well equipped with complimentary breakfast items, milk and a cheeky bottle of wine.Very clean and well-presented, just as the picture looks.Easy parking and access to other parts of the farm, such as the river and games area.Would definitely stay again

The 7 of us spent a lovely, sunny and relaxing May weekend at High & Little Barns. The property was comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time together. We had plenty of outdoor space and the hot tub was a real treat - it heated relatively quickly and stayed hot overnight! Would happily visit again and would highly recommend.

Amazing property and we loved it for the second year running. Caroline was incredibly helpful when needed and the house is immaculate and perfect for and large group.

The only two issues were that there was no toilet roll in one of the en- suite bathrooms Also it was not clear where the wood was for the hot tub. We initially took a wheelbarrow and then the next day found a container of wood. I therefore refilled the barrow and took it back. It would be useful to have more details about the hot tub. It took a very long time to heat up, and due to other commitments we therefore did not have time to enjoy it being warm.

Wonderful stay over Christmas for family of 7 plus pooch. The barns were warm, comfortable, clean, spacious. We felt immediately at home with very comfy beds, excellent en-suites, lovely wood burner, great laundry and pantry. The barns were ideal for hosting a group, with great space to gather together, especially the round table for Christmas dinner. The little barn even has its own den for kids/teenagers. There are lots of riverside walks, including to the local pub and the games barn (table tennis and table football) was good fun. No issue with other barns nearby. The owners were very helpful including helping us check out facilities and accessibility up front. They even put up a Christmas tree. Only watch outs are the time to heat the hot tub (winter) and a few missing cooking utensils, like sharp knives, if you are going to self cater, especially at Christmas. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

My partners family live across the world so we decided to come together to celebrate Christmas. High & Little Barns is located in a beautiful part of the world and the information I received in advance and the information at the accommodation was very useful. I ordered a shopping home delivery to the barn and they found the location no problem. The accommodation has everything you can think of and everything was so easy to use and the beds/sofas were so comfortable. We cant wait to go back again.

Booked primarily to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday surrounded by our family and border collie. In one word FABULOUS! We are looking to book again in 2025.

Great place to meet up with friends. There were 10 couples in the 2 barns, it was very well equipped with everything we could need and the welcome gifts were great. The beds were all very comfy and the outside space was also very good. The only minor complaint was one of the bedrooms in little barn didn’t have an on suite bathroom but there was a separate toilet, this was a minor thing. Caroline was also very helpful.

We booked this for a week for my husbands 70th Birthday with all the family and it was the perfect location to choose and the two barns meant we had lots of space and privacy. The accommodation was spotless and well laid out with everything we needed and the garden was amazing, lots of room and our 2 grandsons loved the outdoor hot tub. The bedrooms were all beautiful with en suites which was perfect for everyone to have their own privacy and the super king beds were an added bonus. We had our dog with us and the walks on the property down to the river were fantastic for him and for all of us too. The location was very good and easy to drive to the surrounding villages which all had beautiful bars & restaurants. My only tiny niggle was that the outside picnic table which was huge and seated all of us was uncomfortable for sitting on long term, being older and an outdoor fan I would have liked a garden seat but thats purely my preference not a fault of the property which was perfect in every way Overall this is a 5 STAR beautiful property and we will definitely be back as we had such a wonderful holiday and I have no hesitation recommending this this to everyone.
