Stayed Feb 15, 2025Front deck had thick sheet of ice on it. My girlfriend fell down 5 stairs as a result of this. Couldn't get in the property because the lock wasn't working. Couldn't sleep in downstairs bedroom because it was freezing because propane ran out. Spoke to property manager Candice
