The comfortable lounge is upstairs and opens onto a balcony and the well equipped kitchen diner features comfy seating and french doors which can be opened onto the courtyard. The bathroom has a walk-inshower and there is a separate toilet downstairs. The Wifi is superfast broadband and is free. Smart TVs in both the lounge and the kitchen provide satellite channels and access to all your favourite apps. Downstairs, the kitchen has everything you’ll need on a self-catering break including dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine and there is a utility area with a washer-dryer and laundry facilities. The car port provides private parking for one car and has a secure bike rack to lock cycles to. Linen and towels are provided with changes available for longer stays.

You will be just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and it's a short stroll to both Eastbourne town centre and Meads village.
