Silverdale Mews is a delightful cottage perfectly located to enjoy a holiday or business trip to Eastbourne.

The house is a home from home and has a modern yet cosy feel. The two bedrooms sleep 4 and can be configured either as a double and king size beds or as a double and 2 singles. The comfortable lounge is upstairs and opens onto a balcony and the well equipped kitchen diner features comfy seating and french doors which can be opened onto the courtyard. The bathroom has a walk-inshower and there is a separate toilet downstairs. The Wifi is superfast broadband and is free. Smart TVs in both the lounge and the kitchen provide satellite channels and access to all your favourite apps. Downstairs, the kitchen has everything you’ll need on a self-catering break including dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine and there is a utility area with a washer-dryer and laundry facilities. The car port provides private parking for one car and has a secure bike rack to lock cycles to. Linen and towels are provided with changes available for longer stays.

You will be just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and it's a short stroll to both Eastbourne town centre and Meads village.

Families with small children will love the Victorian pier, Drusilla’s Zoo, Knockhatch Adventure Park and Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway. Culture is close by at the Towner Art Gallery and the Congress and Devonshire Park theatres, all are just a few minutes’ walk away as is the Devonshire Park Tennis Centre. Sailing, windsurfing and paddle boards can all be hired and instruction arranged at Buzz Active along the seafront and electric bikes can be hired from Cadence Cycles just around the corner.

    Sliverdale mews was in a great location, quiet but close to all local amenities. So easy to walk into Eastbourne town, which had a lovely pier , bandstand which we visited on Sunday 6th July for Big band concert. So much to do in this seaside town alone. Great base for exploring further a field. On a last note Silverdale mews has all you would require, bed was very comfy, well equipped kitchen & a great living room with french doors / balcony as much when the weather is good.

    Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of amenities and the beach. Always clean and welcoming with lots of extra little touches. Emma is very proactive for any issues or advice if needed.

    Emma's house is so welcoming and comfortable, and has everything you need. It's in a perfect location, very close to the sea, good public transport, some lovely local shops and cafes. It's tucked away in a little mews development and is super quiet. This was our third stay at Silverdale Mews and we certainly hope it won't be our last. Thank you Emma.

    2 Silverdale Mews is in a great location to explore Eastbourne and the surrounding area. It is within walking distance of the beach, pier, restaurants and shops. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped with everything that you would want for a stay. The host , Emma, was very helpful and made our stay a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this lovely property and I would most certainly stay here again.
