The seafront is a gentle twenty-minute walk from the apartment, with its popular beach and Victorian Pier. A great selection of restaurants and quirky independent shops in the Little Chelsea area of the town are five minutes walk away. To the west and easily accessible on foot from the apartment, is the start of the South Down’s Way, with Beachy Head and its breath-taking vistas located within an hour’s walk from the property.
•This large well-appointed stylish first-floor apartment, situated within the owner's house, has its own entrance on the ground floor opening onto a hallway from where the staircase leads to the main accommodation, where the feeling of light and space is instantly apparent. The bright bay window in the lounge/diner overlooks the neighbouring cricket ground and bowling club. The dining table is positioned in the window to make the best of those views. There are two inviting sofas (one of which is a sofa-bed which can accommodate two guests by special arrangement). There is an attractive feature-fireplace in the room, as well as a TV/DVD for guests to enjoy. A separate kitchen is located just off the lounge, offering an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property’s one bedroom has an inviting double bateau lit with sumptuous Egyptian cotton covers enticing you to in.There is plenty of storage and just off the bedroom is a stylish wet room.
Outside, there is a seating area with a table and chairs and a sunny aspect for that morning cuppa or sundowner.
Parking is unrestricted in the road, subject to availability.

    A quiet neighbourhood. The good possibility for free parking in the street. The nice furnishing and the modern kitchen. We liked it all very much.
