A comfortable lounge area offers two sofas (one being a sofa bed which can cater for two adults or two children) arranged in front of the SmartTV, where you can relax and take time to catch up on your favourite programmes, or enjoy listening to music on the DAB radio with Bluetooth speaker. There is also an acoustic guitar available for guests to play. The kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you may need for creating a delicious meal and offers an electric oven and induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, and dining table with seating for four. Pier Lookout enjoys a central location in the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne. Lying just across from the apartment is the town’s wide shingle beach, which gives way to sand during low tide and offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy a spot of sunbathing or local water sports. With breath-taking sea views overlooking the pier this is the ideal place from which to watch the annual Eastbourne Airbourne Show. A little further down the beach is the lifeboat museum and historic Wish Tower. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many footpaths located on the South Downs and there are a wide range of local vineyards, breweries and Castles and gardens to enjoy just a short drive away.

    Everything, we really enjoyed our stay. Waking to a gorgeous view of Eastbourne's foreshore with the resident seagull on the window sill was worth the five flights of stairs! The apartment has everything you'll require for your stay. Easy to walk everywhere we needed and the Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus stop is directly across the road for a trip to Beachy Head which I recommend for a meal and drink. Magic view, great food and service.
