Silver Lake Cottage. 1 Mile from Sand Dunes. Quiet Street. Sleeps 12-14.

Jon was easy to get a hold of and he answered me right away. My family enjoyed staying there. There was 10 of us and plenty of room in this home for all of us. I cooked a couple of meals a day here & there was plenty of dishes, pan, & utensils to accommodate us. It is very close to everything we wanted to visit, Lake Michigan, sand dunes, light house, and fun stuff and good eats downtown. I would stay there again.

Really easy check in process and amazing communication with the host. We stayed here last year as well and will probably be using this place every year we come to the dunes. The place had bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, propane for the grill, garbage bags, fire starters, and laundry. Couple of spiders/bugs here and there, but overall a great place to stay for the weekend. If you have a big group, would recommend some bringing their own shower towels.

We really enjoy staying here it fits our family of mixed age kids perfectly! Always great communication from the renter, perfect distance from Dunes entrance and walk into town. Thanks again!!

Property is in a great location, very close to sand dunes as well as the town of Silver Lake (with stores and restaurants). Very spacious kitchen and family room accomodates everyone well.

Everything was as described. Nice quiet location. Had a small issue with the door lock, which Jon quickly and patiently walked me through to correct.

Perfect place for multiple families! Great location and great outdoor area for bonfires and for kids to play. The house has a lived in feel and that helped put me at ease with having younger children. I wasn't constantly on edge fearing my kids would break something. We will definitely book this house again!

We gad a fantastic week out here. This home is central to everything silver lake. Its located in a nice quiet community & has access to a pool & playground. Home was very clean. We had a fantastic time. We would rent this property again. This home would also be a great option for two families to stay as the basement has two bunk beds perfect for putting all the kids downstairs & then there are 3 bedrooms.

Nice property on a quiet street. Only a couple minutes drive from the ORV park and other attractions.

Stay at this property was great. Well st0ocked with towels and linens, dishes and pans. Used the grill almost every day we stayed. House is well maintained. Great place to stay and close to the dunes.

This house was great for our group of 4 friends! Plenty of space and having two bathrooms with showers helped. Amazing communication with the owners. There is kitchen supplies, propane for the grill, campfire, towels, sheets, and washer/dryer. They even had fans in the rooms for us! Parking was a bit difficult just because we had big truck trailers for the dunes, but we made it work without blocking the neighbors. I would stay here again and would recommend!
