Lake frontage, Dune beach sand from deck to water! One of a kind.

Matt the owner was helpful and offered great advice. The location was perfect with beautiful lake view. House is clean and comfortable, has everything you need. Will recommend and come back without any hesitation.

Absolutely amazing house/property & SUPER CLEAN

Place was spotless. Beds were so comfortable. Shower was great. We felt so pampered. Beach was beautiful. Dunes were about 4 houses away. They were beautiful.

This is our third family vacation at this property and we will be coming back again next year! The house has everything you need for a great family vacation. The location is perfect - steps from the sand, lake, dock, and sand dunes. It has a very private and quiet feel and is still only minutes from the various activities in the area. Highly recommended!

This house has the best location in my opinion. You can walk to the dunes, swim in the lake in your backyard, rent boats, ride the ORV area. The house has all of the essentials you need, we have been able to pack light because it has everything you need. Look forward to staying again!

The house has the best rental location on Silver Lake. Pure sand on the beach with access to the dunes also. Never had to use our car the whole week. The house was beautiful and the amenities inside were wonderful. Sunsets on the dunes are breathtaking and right out your back door. Don't forget to hike over to Lake Michigan, with it's gorgeous views too. Take a dip if you dare, a little chilly, but worth doing. We stayed in about 15 minutes and was comfortable this year. Thanks again to our host, will be back again.

Had the best time at this house! Matt was a fantastic host and very responsive. The house is very clean and in the best location. Everything you need for a perfect beach day is available. Also the pack and play and toys for the kids were amazing.

My family and I stayed here for a week this summer and it was wonderful. The house was clean, and FULLY stocked with everything you could need. Just like you can see in the pictures the sand was very clean and the water at the dock was perfect for little kids to play in. Zero seaweed. With the house so close to the dunes you can walk to them by the water in less than a minute. We had the best time staying here. You can also get to the beach at Lake Michigan in less than 10 minutes. It was by far our best trip to Silver Lake because of this house.

Family had a great experience at this property. The house was clean and comfortable, and host was quick to respond to any questions. The outdoor space was excellent with a big deck, sandy beach, waterfront, and dock along with a closet full of sand toys. This is our second stay at the property and certainly will not be our last!

Fantastic property. It's even better in person! Our family had a wonderful week. The house was impeccably clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Bath towels were fluffly. Plenty of amenities. And all in great shape. Nice pots and pans. Plenty of outdoor items. Great grill and utensils. Can't say enough good things about the accommodations. Host was always timely and offered details when we had a question. With the vast sand in front of us, we did not mind have neighbors close by. They were polite and friendly. We are a family with older children(youngest 17). No one was ever bored. It was so nice to spend quality time together doing simple things like playing corn hole, volleyball, going for walks, dinner around the table, walking right onto the dunes every evening in search of a sunset. We drove to Lake Michigan beach one time only to realize that the beach at the house was all we needed. The sand and water are so clean and there is no need to pack a bag. An evening fire on the beach is so relaxing with comfy Adirondack chairs. I really could go on and on.

Best location on Silver Lake!

We loved everything about this property. The home was so clean it looked new and it smelled nice. The open floor plan on the main floor with all the windows to look at the lake and dunes was spectacular! The 2 bedrooms upstairs have a great view as well! The private beach with the sand right off the deck all the way to the lake was awesome! Nothing like having your toes in the sand! The house was stocked with everything we needed plus some and the location can't be better! The lake, the dunes, the State Parks, The Chicken Shack, lol, its all right there! We were sad when our week was over and didn't want to leave, but now we are looking forward until we can go back and enjoy it once again.
