Step inside and you'll immediately feel at ease. Cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows flood the great room with natural light, showcasing stunning lake views that stretch for miles. Settle into the oversized sectional by the ornamental fireplace or gather around the large dining table for meals that feel as special as the setting. The open kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to wine-paired dinners, complete with a six-burner gas stove, convection oven, and all your favorite cooking essentials.

The sunroom offers another inviting place to relax, with sunrise and sunset views, a 57-inch smart TV, and a game table for cards or puzzles. Step outside to the spacious deck and take in the fresh lake air. Grill dinner on the barbecue, sip wine as the sun dips below the horizon, or lounge in the shade while the kids play on the lawn below.

Follow the stairs down to the lake and spend the day on the 100-foot dock. Swim, sunbathe, or take out one of the provided kayaks for a peaceful paddle. There's even a Sunset Deck halfway down for birdwatching or stargazing. When evening falls, light a fire by the water or soak in the hot tub while the lights from Geneva shimmer across the lake.

Inside, six bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, each with its own smart TV and Roku. Two master suites feature king beds, lake views, and private bathrooms, including one with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and heated floors. A cheerful bunk room gives kids their own cozy hideaway.

Downstairs, the rec room transforms rainy days into fun ones with a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and a movie theater featuring a 122-inch screen and surround sound. The house also offers high-speed internet throughout, a large laundry area, and an EV charger in the garage.

* This property is closely monitored for responsible renting and must abide by the Town of Fayette Rental Guidelines with no exceptions. Seneca Lake Effect adheres to strict occupancy policies. Parties, events and unregistered guests are prohibited. No more than 10 occupants and five vehicles are allowed per Town guidelines.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs under 65 lbs each allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
