Sea View Laguna Cottage, Walk to Beach & Village, Fully-Equipped!

Great Location! Great views! Cozy Cottage right off PCH that is within walking distance to amazing restaurants, shops, and EVERYTHING that is Laguna Beach!!We’ve been visiting Laguna Beach for many years and this is by far our favorite place!Highly recommend.

Location is close to the beach, restaurants etc. with a great ocean view.Property has multiple issues…..Mold/mildew in the shower Bathroom vanity dirty6” hole in the exterior wall in the bedroomHeating unit in living room had pilot light on but nonfunctionalBedroom closet packed with owners supplies and no dresser for our clothesOpen electrical extension cord beside the toiletDifficult floorplan for more than 2 people because to get to the bathroom or kitchen, one must walk through the bedroomNo teaspoons in the kitchenBlow comb in bathroom not working

The location was great. Walking distance to everything. Beach access across the street. Loved the balcony and view. The place was nice, comfy bed and sofa/bed in the living room. Loved everything about this place. Only downfall (why I scored a 3 on cleanliness) is the only closet (bedroom) had so much crap piled in it, couldn't hang any clothes unless you empty it out! Then the crap was piled in the bedroom. Also, if looking for the beach chairs and umbrella (which was broken) are outside along the side of house. Plus for the beach. Found them by accident. But all in all, loved the place and would definitely come back. Decorated nicely. Great communication. Thank you for making your place available.

This is a well-appointed, well-maintained Laguna cottage that is beautifully located near the beach and downtown... everything is walking distance and beach access is a mere minutes away. BUT - it is on the PCH... right on the PCH. Maybe this isn't an issue on a weekday in October - but on a weekend in August, it was deafening. While you want to be outside to enjoy the deck and the weather, it simply isn't possible unless you find the high-decibel sounds of trucks, motorcycles, and cars relaxing. Love this place - but would only consider returning on a weekday during the off-season.

Great location! Loved it! Parked our car when we arrived and didn't use it again until we left!

Master bedroom + fold out bed + kitchen + location were all perfect for our stay. Really aporeciated direct access to PCH. Wish I would have had a little more time to enjoy the balcony.

This is a great little property with ocean views and only a block to beach access. This is a fantastic little town, everyone is so nice, and staying here you are only a few blocks from all of the restaurants and shops. Best stay ever! *Only minor complaint: short ladies bring a shower cap. The shower head is really tall and your hair will get wet as it's a smaller shower.

A bit noisy due to street traffic during the day but otherwise nice.

Perfect place to stay while in Laguna. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Very close to the beach and downtown Laguna.

Nice location. A little loud being in the road. Otherwise would rent again
