Located on the 'quiet end' of 11th Street in Port Aransas, the SeaOats sits just below the historic Chapel on the Dunes, which is the oldest consecrated church in Port Aransas, now popular for private weddings on Mustang Island.

Stayed May 9, 2025The cottage was so cute and in a great area near the beach and restaurants. The steps to the chapel is right next door so there is some walking traffic. The chapel was locked so we couldn’t go inside but also very cute. The blinds in the restroom didn’t close all the way which bothered me a little but we would stay again.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025Located right next to the Chapel in the Dunes that we rented for our private ceremony. The house is in a cozy quiet part of Port A, but so close to everything. We were provided with a cell # to contact for any questions & they promptly answered. We were provided with some amazing coffee and a bottle of champagne !

The structure itself has all of the modern conveniences with a simple thoughtful design. It's obviously well maintained and cleaned. We enjoyed our stay here.
