I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Office staff made booking to check in carefree providing good communication and attention to details. Property was nicer than photos may indicate in was extremely clean. Grounds were attractive and walkway to lake easy to navigate. Dock was solid. The home is just that...a home. Pride of ownership is clearly evident. We hope all who stay here treat it with respect and care as if it was their own place. An initial negative was no air conditioning. Temps moderated so we decided to not bring our portable air conditioner. This home has more than sufficient ceiling and floor fans. Screened windows easily open and close. Neighborhood and neighbors quiet. Trees between properties aide in feeling more isolated. Boat traffic was very light. with bouys and shallower water boat speeds were around no wake. Fishing from dock provided small bluegill. Not big enough to clean but they are hungry and provide a lot of bobber action. This unit is perfect for couple such as us. Very quiet, homey, nice view of lake. Wildlife that visited property - Deer/fawn, rabbits, red squirrels, ducks etc. Property is minutes from St. Germain. Short drives to Eagle River, Minaqua and other destinations/activities. For what we wanted to experience we give this property 4.6 stars. We liked it a lot and wanted to stay longer.

Staff was quick to respond and have place ready within hours of initial inquiry.

View from the screened deck drinking coffee in the morning I could do that every day. St. Germain was very cozy and friendly. The cabin was stocked full of necessities.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024We needed to be close to Eagle River for Grandsons birthday. Found this place and it was beautiful and better than we expected.. having the game room in the basement for the kids during the rain bouts was very handy!
