Rockview Cottage Hocking Hills

This place was built to accommodate dogs if you bring them and gives them space that's fenced against the house. It's magical for humans. Excellent accommodations. Easy.

Peaceful,secluded and private,perfect get away for two.

The cottage was immaculate when we arrived. It is a good place for two, possibly 3. Bedroom is bit small, but more than adequate and comfortable. Living room/kitchen area is spacious and well equipped. Bathroom was immaculate. The outside, with a jacouzzi, porch, picnic table, chairs and a fire pit were great. Location is very convenient to all of the places you'll want to visit. Very private and quiet spot with a large, foresty backyard. Was a little difficult to initially find this cottage (there are a few others there)-signs could have been a little better to find this particular one which is on the top and is the last one on driveway up the hill, but this was only a minor momentary confusion until we figured it out. We highly recommend this well-prepared, clean cottage and would stay here again. We were very happy with it.

This awesome cabin was everything as described, it was perfect for couples getaway, if you are into hiking you can go right out the back door and into nature. We will stay there again when we have time! Thank you to the host….Tim E.

Great little cabin within 5 miles of Old Man’s Cave Visitor Center. The cabin included everything you need for your stay (towels, dishes, paper towels, dish soap, etc.). There was no Verizon cell service there, but the WiFi was really good. Good selection of entertainment on the smart TV. The lighting and outdoor speakers around the hot tub were a great touch. Nice views while soaking in the hot tub.

Property was clean and welcoming. Location is perfect for all activities. Definitely will stay there again.

Unique property with a nice porch out front with a grill and deck in the back with hot tub. My kids loved the loft. They spent a lot of time watching TV from their to spite a comfortable coach down below.

We had a great stay at Rockview cabin. The view was gorgeous. It was near experiences, restaurants and was still isolated, quiet, and relaxing. I would highly recommend this cabin.

The property was clean and private. Check-in/out was easy. The location was beautiful! Would definitely stay again. The only downside was that the water was smelly so you may want to take your own for drinking.

LOVE IT - You nailed it... Easy access. Just up a hill. Lay out of the property perfect... what a great 48 hours!

- Very happy w the view/ cool rock/cliff behind house. - I liked the fencing and pathway that connected the house to the hot tub . - Enjoyed the hot tub setup; covered area, tv, lights, chairs and small table - liked the small covered porch with chairs and small table. -liked the patio slab w grill and picnic table Suggestions: -drawers to put clothes in -Tupperware for leftovers -another large mixing bowl -more hooks on walls to hang things up

This is a great cabin that I would definitely recommend for any couple looking for nice relaxing getaway. The hot tub is a really nice touch. It’s out under a covered deck with lights and a TV. My wife I thought that was a nice touch. Right behind the deck are some rock formations and wooded areas that give this cabin a nice relaxing cabin in the woods feel but not too far from it all. The host Mike was great, he made sure we had all the check-in info the day before we arrived and even let us check-in much earlier on the day of. Very polite and respectful of our privacy. We definitely plan on staying here again and recommend this cabin to any couple needing that perfect getaway couples retreat. Full 5 star rating.

This property is legit! Awesome place to get away from the city. We took our 5 year old German Shepherd & she absolutely loved it! Awesome pizza shop right down the road now with a beer cave! 👍 👍

Great location, easy to find, nice and private

Nice clean cozy cottage. Great hot tub with view of overhanging cliff. Very close to everything for hikes and communing with nature. Good communication with owner.

Rockview was located close to everything we wanted to see. It was cozy and the owners couldn’t have been nicer to us.

This was our first trip to HH. And it didn’t disappoint. The cabin was in a perfect location to all the trails. Secluded, but still had neighbors near by. The weekend was perfect, my only suggestion is to upgrade the bed. A bit squeaky & very soft. Hot tub was a perfect way to end the hiking days.

Cabin is small but was perfect for us. It was all we really needed. Relaxing stay and close to the park. Dave the manager was very helpful.

This property is a nice little getaway with a great view of a rock cliff. Theres not a ton in the kitchen but we found it very comfortable.

Great cabin near everything you want to do in Hocking Hills! Great pizza place near by. Cabin was great for my wife and I and our puppy. Everything was as advertised! Great quiet location close to everything!

Beautiful little cabin with all the amenities. Very clean and the location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do. Our Golden Retriever enjoyed herself as well. Thanks for being pet friendly. We hope to be back in the future to take advantage of the sights we didn't get a chance to visit. For those visiting with pets, the folks and food at Papa Dino's and the Cedar Grille are worth a visit

Not a ton of room but I didn't nee a lot of space. Everything we needed for cooking but food. Close gas station with everything, pizza place, and little country store. More stores about 20 mins away. Super close to Hocking destinations. Very clean and owner was easy to get a hold of.

Having a relaxing and a clean place to rest after hiking. And all the amenities in case you need them. Really nice experience.

We celebrated our anniversary here for the weekend. We loved the location to the trails which was about 5-8 minutes away. The cabin was very clean and we loved the hot tub after hiking all day. The hot tub even had a tv and speakers out there where we watched the Olympics. Only reminder I would say is for you to bring your own towel for the hot tub! We only had two shower towels that we had to use for both. Overall a great experience, easy check in, and very peaceful location that is close to the trails!

This was our first time to Hocking Hills, and we had a great time! Rockview Cottage was the perfect size for my husband and I and our dog. It is in a great location to quick access to the trail (by short drive). We loved hanging out in the hot tub while watching TV, after full day if hiking. Can't wait to come back!
