Renovated Cottage-- steps away from the water

The location was perfect for day trips. Accommodations were clean except the sofa fabric. It is dingy looking. The communications with the owner and check in were great. The Black Goose next door is delicious!

Wonderful cottage with a great location I would’ve given 5 stars but neither bathroom had a non slip mat for the showers and no safety handles. For the older population that is really a safety issue. The yard was nice and being located right next to a cafe were additional benefits!!

Cute and outdoor space is nice but a good cleaning of the furniture outside and in Living area is needed.

This charming, updated cottage is very clean and comfortable with many nice renovations making it a pleasure to stay in! The location is convenient for enjoying everything this part of Rhode Island has to offer. In the immediate vicinity, there is a wonderful cafe next door and the town beach about a 1/2 mile walk away. The host, Joseph, is a pleasure to deal with and provided clear communication and expectations for renting the property. We would definitely consider this property again.

This place has a beautiful setting and is centrally located making daily travels to surrounding towns so easy! It also has a GREAT eating place right next door. The living room is comfortable. The BR across from the front door is kind of tight with the King size bed and a ceiling fan would be useful, since it seems far warmer than the rest of the house. Nevertheless, it was wonderful place to stay. The manager was highly communicative and did all in her power to ensure a great stay!

Ideal for one or two couples. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice covered seating area in back yard. Lots of tvs with great streaming and live tv options. Cafe next door has great breakfast and lunch. No real dining area. Cottage fronts on a Main Street, but traffic noise was not an issue. Great climate control. Directly across the street from the water.

This cottage is everything you need for a stay in the Newport area! The house is beautiful and was super comfortable for us, three adults and two small dogs. The host was communicative and provided several means of contacting them if we needed, although we didn’t as everything was perfect! The outdoor space was amazing, we utilized the backyard patio with tv several times on our stay, it felt like home.
