Relaxing lakefront cottage near wineries and beach

Everything was exactly as we needed. We are hoping to be back in the summer to take advantage of the lake!

We travelled from the US for a wedding nearby. The Heritage on the Rocks was absolutely stunning and inviting. Very good amenities, tastefully furnished, plenty of space yet cozy. Stunning sunrise view over Lake Erie. Communication with host was smooth and very prompt.

The host, location, house...everything was wonderful!

Location was excellent. The house was spacious and having a 2nd full bath was very convenient when getting ready each day.

Julie and Kevin were great hosts and property was amazing! Would definitely come back.

Our stay at Heritage on the Rocks this August was absolutely wonderful. The cottage had everything we needed for a wonderful weeks vacation with family. We enjoyed the outdoor space the most with all of its seating, the barbecue, the kayaks, and of course the beautiful view. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, which was amazing as we have two teenagers that needed their space. And all the beds were super comfortable. The cottage is situated in a beautiful spot just minutes from Kingsville. I had a couple of questions during the week and Julie and Kevin were amazing at getting back to me immediately. If you’re contemplating staying in this cottage, don’t hesitate, book it now!

What a beautiful vacation home and so very well thought out. I felt like the captain of a ship when standing on the second story balcony overlooking Lake Erie. We will be coming back for sure.The view is breathtaking, air conditioning is cold, so many nice places to sit and relax, and one of the most important details for me was that the kitchen is well stocked! My family and I loved our stay.

This is the type of property and host on which VRBO can continue to build its brand. The property is wonderful, and the location could not have been better for us. This was the second time at this property, and we have already scheduled for next year. The host is one of the best we've ever encountered.

Such a cute place a real home feel to this Vrbo! We needed a place for our family to stay and get ready prior to our daughter’s wedding, and this cottage worked out beautifully. When the sun was out , we were able to enjoy the outdoor seating areas. Such a nice addition to the property! The host was amazing and returned phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this property!

Early Christmas stay with family and it was perfect! Great home and location. I highly recommend it!

Everything about this place is great. From the house, the view and the amenities available. I'll book this place again in summer just to use the kayaks since we didn't get a chance to use them.

The place was absolutely perfect. Wonderful view, very clean and well maintained. Everything was very thoughtful throughout the place from outdoor activities/recreational items , sitting areas, games and a wonderful bottle of wine. I can’t say enough about this place ! 10/10!!!

There were four of us all 65+ for a girls get together. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Julie's place was very well stocked with all the essentials. Beds comfy, nice and bright, overlooking the lake was lovely....Had we been younger we might have attempted getting the kayaks out but alas we used our common sense and stayed put:) Lots of sitting areas both inside and out. Visited two wineries, but there are lots to choose from. Have nothing but good things to say about this place. The only caution was that there are a few different levels/steps in the back patio that you need to be mindful of....this is not a complaint just an fyi. We will definitely go again!!

This property is even better than expected. The cottage is very clean, comfortable, and extremely welcoming. The outdoor space is amazing for those who love to be by the water. Kingsville and area has lots of great restaurants, markets, and coffee. The hosts are fantastic and we are grateful for a our full week stay with no issues, everything we needed, and excellent communication with our hosts.

We enjoyed the convenient location and lovely views on the water, with wineries and other civilization just 5-10 minutes away. Highly recommended!
