Stayed Mar 18, 2026Excellent stay and well maintained quiet cozy spot right downtown. The lake isn’t far and nor are the wineries or breweries. I will be staying agiain!!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This property was just what we needed for the weekend. It was extremely well kept and more spacious than anticipated, which was a great surprise. The space had everything we needed to make this a successful time in Kingsville. The location was perfect to walk to coffee, lunch, or dinner. Overall we loved it!

Stayed Oct 3, 2025The apartment was beautiful and newly remodeled. The bathroom is not really conducive to a large person. It wasn’t a problem for my husband and I, but I could see where it could be a problem for larger people. Due to no elevator, the stairs could be an issue for someone trying to carry their heavy luggage up but I knew this before I booked. Tina, the host was very prompt in answering questions etc.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024My daughter and I spent a relaxing weekend at Tina's downtown apartment. It was very clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay - and so many nice touches. Tina was incredibly responsive to our questions about the area. The apartment is walking distance to everything you need - coffee, services, boutiques, the water. Totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you.
