Redesigned Family/Pet Friendly Carriage House Minutes walk to Downtown

Everything was as described. Home was fair priced very cleaned. Lots of extra commodities. Very enjoyable stay.

The property was great. We had a little miscommunication with check in but overall it was a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Super cute place in a gorgeous area. Lots of things to do nearby. This was a perfect spot for a weekend trip with the family. Will definitely look for this place first the next time I'm in Johnson city.

Great little spot with good location!

Great location and perfect little home for the weekend. Our favorite thing was how walkable the neighborhood is and being able to walk to a coffee shop just two blocks away! Our dog enjoyed his stay too. The only downside was the train runs all night and blows its horn bit on the second night, we were already used to it and hardly noticed. Would definitely stay here again.

The Carriage House was perfect in every way - spotless, well-equpped, great location, and adorable. We walked the Tree Streets every morning. We were within walking distance of great restaurants and breweries. We will definitely be back again!

We had an excellent experience with this host and this property. It’s in the perfect location in Johnson City to be quiet at night (minimal train noise) but within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants/breweries. The rental was well equipped and extremely clean. I really enjoyed the character within the home, in addition to the welcoming decor. As a property manager for almost 10 years, the responsiveness and communication was my favorite part. We alerted them of a potential need for batteries in the keypad by the end of our stay but they had batteries delivered within two hours. We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful and clean property, walking distance to all the charm Johnson City has to offer in a quiet neighborhood. Very well-equipped for cooking in or hanging out. Really great start to finish. Easy check-in, no issues with the door code which has happened in many of our previous VRBO stays. Good communication from the hosts.

This carriage house was to darn cute! Exactly what the listing says. The charm of the place adds to its character! The host was very attentive to our needs. The house is very well stocked, which was a pleasant surprise. If you are bringing children, they have a high chair, pack and play, baby bathtub, plastic dinnerware for the kids. When my husband and I come back to visit our son we’ll be checking to see if this carriage house is available, and we might even bring our granddaughter next time!!
