Another great weekend at this fabulous place. As always the cottage was perfect for us and again was excellent value for money. Thanks again to Fiona and her team.

The cottage was nice and cosy. And welcoming Location good. Facilities good. The only thing that let it down was the bathroom which smelt and was cold.

Fiona runs an excellent operation. We were very impressed by the comfort and layout of the cottages and all the staff were great.

The cottage is very nice and welcoming, well equipped in the kitchen. I would recommend more pegs in the bathroom, some shelves (there is just one peg behind the door, no space to place your make-up bag, toothbrush and toothpaste) and to replace the two taps (hot and cold water) with a new bathroom mixer tap , as it is now is not comfortable . It would be great to have pegs and a clothes rail in the master bedroom instead of two chest of drawers. A part from those things our stay was good

Perfect venue for a family to spend a celebratory weekend. Ideal for all ages. Good for children and adults. All cottages decorated for Christmas - much appreciated by all.

A large group of us stayed at Bridge Farm Holiday Cottages while attending a family wedding nearby just before Christmas 2023. All five of the cottages (Woodcut, Stable, East Barn, West Barn and Courtyard) we stayed in were fantastic. The décor is lovely, and each cottage is fully equipped with everything we needed. All were warm, cosy and very clean with comfy beds and big fluffy towels provided. But it was the thoughtful extra little touches that made our stay really special; each cottage had a fully decorated Christmas tree inside with an extra larger tree in the communal space between East and West Cottages which made everything very festive. The communal space is also brilliant if you are in a larger group as you can gather together and eat meals or play games – of which there are many provided. Each fridge had a fresh pint of milk inside with tea, coffee and biscuits provided for a welcome cuppa after a long journey. There is a local Co-op a short walk away which is very handy for getting supplies and there are two local pubs and a great fish and chip shop only minutes away. Communication with the owner Fiona was always very friendly and helpful and any queries we had were responded to promptly. We would highly recommend these beautiful cottages to anyone wanting to holiday in this lovely part of the world.

My family had a fantastic stay in the Railway cottage. We stayed there while attending a family wedding and the cottage was extremely well equipped and exactly what we had hoped for. No faults at all.

Lovely stay. A very sweet cottage with just enough space for 4 and a little one! Clean, cosy and homely. Would definitely return, especially with the little one as it is the perfect location for visiting the wildlife centre.
