Quiet cottage near the heart of Downtown Franklin, TN

Such a lovely cottage with our needs kindly looked after. Natalie was easy to communicate with and we loved staying here. It is across the street from The Factory, so shopping and meals were easy to access. Lovely view of the Hillendale Farm pastures from the Living Room

This house was perfect for our stay. We were minutes from everything.

This was our second stay at this quaint house. It was absolutely spotless. Had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very easy with all communications. The location is convenient to the shops and restaurants of Franklin. Very cute and nice little town to visit.

The home was so cozy and relaxing. It was a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed. Roku TV, games and books to read. The home was clean and inviting. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Cute little house in a beautiful location. Our kids thought it felt homie which is great when on a trip. Close walk to downtown and the Factory, must go for food and coffee. Host was very responsive and kind. Dishes were great and truly appreciated the nice stainless steel pan for eggs each morning lol

Perfect little cottage for 2-4 people to enjoy Franklin and Brentwood areas. Natalie is an excellent host and the cottage is super clean, perfectly stocked for a great stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

This VRBO was absolutely immaculate! The house was the perfect size for our trip and so organized and clean. The surrounding area is beautiful. We will definitely be back to this house when we come back to Franklin!

The cottage was immaculate. When I had a question is was answered promptly. My daughter and I absolutely loved it and will be booking again!Also so many quaint restaurants within a couple of miles and a perfect place to take pictures!

We enjoyed our stay at Natalie’s property so much. It’s clean, stocked with everything you need and so well located. If ever in the area again we would love to repeat the experience. Highly recommend!!

Great location

This was the absolute perfect spot to stay. Quiet, clean and perfectly located in Franklin. Could not aske for a better spot and our host was great. We did not have to wonder about anything.

We had a wonderful trip; the home exceeded our expectations in every way! Communication from our host was great. Location is also wonderful. We loved that it was so close to the Factory.

Easy to access, nice and quiet area but close to it all. We were lucky enough to have a rodeo at the park within walking distance. Enjoyed walking to nearby The Factory and short drive to downtown. Loved the coffee house at second and bridge, short drive to Natchez scenic drive and more. Farmhouse was clean, well equipped and a great stay for our family of four.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. It’s in walking distance from the Factory with good coffee and breakfast spots. It was more than enough room for the 2 of us with a nice kitchen for cooking at home if you want to stay in for the night. Natalie was a great host! She was always friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions!!

Right across the street from the factory and easy walk to downtown in the sidewalks. Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. The house was clean and very well stocked with all we needed for a weekend stay. It is located on a quiet street but only a short walk to the Factory where there are restaurants galore along with ice cream a bakery and other fun shopping options. Loved it and would stay again!

Natalie’s place is terrific located just outside downtown Franklin it is in a great location and the house is well maintained and has everything you might need. Our family of 5 has stayed twice on our way back from Florida for spring break and we will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity. Check out the food hall down the block if you get the chance it is great with many options!

This location was close to Franklin downtown and an easy drive to Nashville, but still had that out of the way and off the beaten path feel.

Perfect size home, in perfect location for downtown Franklin. Across the street from The Factory, short walk to downtown and the BEST of Franklin. Can't recommend this little place enough ! Natalie was the most accommodating hostess we have ever had. She kept in touch every day, all queries we're answered promptly. Natalie made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you Natalie

Enjoyed our four night stay - slept well in the comfortable bed! Enjoyed sitting on the stoop early morning, looking at the pasture. Appreciated the multiple heating and AC units so cottage stayed at our set comfortable temp. Washer and dryer a bonus with soap provided. Large TV in the living room that had good options. Short drive to Main Street with multiple restaurants and cute shops. Entire cottage was clean and smelled fresh. Although the shower is a little tight, the water pressure is awesome and plenty of towels provided

Had a wonderful get away with family and friends. The rain did not slow us down and the hosts are an incredible family. I definitely will make this my go to place!

It was a perfect spot for our stay. The house is small and cozy but has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location next to Harlinsdale walking horse farm is idyllic. Loved the proximity to town and the Factory. We walked in town for ice cream almost every night of our stay. We'd definitely love to return again.
