Quaint Studio Cottage Within Walking Distance to Historic Downtown McMinnville

The cottage was the perfect relaxing spot to stay with my dog Callie while we attended the nearby Geocaching Block Party in Champoeg State Park and explored McMinnville and the surrounding area. I really appreciated the owner's reccomendations for nearby dining, and also the walkable neighborhood. The HVAC was whisper quiet and kept the cottage very comfortable throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and I had my best nights of sleep for the entire road trip here. Thanks for making my visit comfortable and enjoyable!

This unit was very clean and well decorated and had everything I needed. The bathroom sink area was very small, so it's better for smaller people. The host was excellent! Couldn't have asked for more for the price!

This cute cottage is tiny but mighty! It’s amazingly well-designed to include everything you need for your stay. The location is great in a cute, walkable neighborhood walking distance to the historic downtown, park and shops. Perfect for a weekend getaway and the host was incredibly welcoming.

There was very little room between the walls where the bathrrom sink is. Someone even slightly larger than myself would have a hard time using it, otherwise the place was great!

Perfect for out visit

We were in town for a family reunion so we weren't in the cottage except to sleep. The cottage was cute and comfortable and well appointed. The only complaint was that once the bed was pulled out there wasn't much room to walk around the bed...especially in the middle of the night when heading to the bathroom. Stephanie was very welcoming and pleasant to deal with and the checkin process went smoothly. We would be happy to stay at the cottage again should we visit the area again.

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood not far from many local resruruants and bars. Also local to many wineries. Place was clean and stocked kitchen. Host was nice and helpful as needed!

The wife and I stayed for a couple nights while attending a wedding. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Stephanie is a great host and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. A VRBO!

Well appointed; tastefully decorated, quiet, near-everything worth seeking, clean and cozy for one or two. Would recommend that those not slight of build use kitchen sink rather than narrow /close-walled bathroom sink alcove. If forewarned it’s highly do-able. But could be awkward for a larger guest.

My friend and I stayed here, and it was perfect for what we were looking for! The host was very kind and went out of her way to help us with something we needed during our stay. The host put a lot of thought and care into making sure our stay was great and we had pretty much everything we needed! The only thing I would recommend to future guests is to consider bringing one their own pillows if they like to have more than one when they sleep! Comfortable little one room cottage in the heart of wine country. It has all the amenities for a quiet, comfortable stay. I’ll be back!

This tiny cottage quickly became our home away from home! The location was within walking distance of 3rd Street…one of the BEST Main Streets in America. Our host Stephanie was quick to welcome us and to answer any questions we had…and to provide all the amenities we could have hoped for!

First, I'd like to say that Stephanie is so kind and incredibly warm and hospitable! Her place was clean and totally stocked with whatever you might need. This is a great place for 1-2 people who just need a place to relax and rest while they explore McMinnville.

We loved our stay and would definitely rent again.

The cottage was very cute, had everything we needed! A short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. It is small, but fine for two people.

I have the pleasure of staying at Stephanie's property over the weekend. She'S amazing and super friendly. Her property is perfect for my partner and me. It's adorable and close to everything. She has all the amenities that you need. I would definitely book again when I'm in town next time.

Clean, comfortable and very functional tiny home. It had everything a traveling couple needs. Our host Stephanie was amazing. Friendly, welcoming and so very kind. Our first night we ran out of gas near the house. Messaged Stephanie via the app and she went out of her way to come pick me up and give a me a ride to an auto parts store to get a gas can and to the gas station. Could not ask for more.

It was nice to be there and get away from our busyness, and the washer and dryer was really handy.
