Quaint Guest Cottage

This was an adorable cottage that was decorated lovingly. A relaxing and quiet location close to campus. It was so clean and had all the necessities available. Will stay agin!!

This is a very cute place to stay, especially if you love antiques and history. A perfect get away for anyone wanting quiet and, perhaps, reading or study time. There is no TV, and due to the antique decor, I wouldn’t recommend this as a place for kids.

The decor was perfectly done! So pretty and cozy. Perfect for two. Loved the antiques and artwork.

Very quiet and clean. Front door light is too bright. Possibly add blinds or continue to encourage folks to shut it off at night.

Very private and peaceful setting. Has a lot of character with the vintage and antique decor. Wifi very good - able to use VPN with no interruptions. Bring a hair dryer or it's real easy to run just down the road to Walmart. Nice little kitchen with oven and stove top and decent sized refrigerator. Able to stock up on a few food items so I didn’t have to eat out multiple times during my 7 day stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this charming little cottage! Remodeled and decorated beautifully. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen and laundry room are an added convenience in addition to walking distance to Truman State University.

The kitchen and dining and living and bath and sleeping areas were perfect. Full size bed was very high up but they provide a step stool. Keurig coffee maker with Kcups, water and sparkling beverages in the fridge. Overall, much nicer than a local hotel or motel. Internet but no TV, a blessing.

This cozy cottage is lovely! It is peaceful and well decorated with sturdy antiques and thoughtful details. The kitchen and bathroom are small but are perfect for a restful get-away. There is stunning art and a small library with interesting tittles. This was my first stay but I am already planning a return trip.

Charming and convenient cottage with walking distance of Truman university. I stayed here for my medical school graduation and was very pleased. Would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was clean and very quaint. We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have been more pleased with Lisa’s hospitality. The instructions were clear and the food recommendations were great. The decor was timeless, cozy, and well thought out! We would stay here again!

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting Kirksville. It is nestled in a quiet/safe neighborhood and walking distance to the Athletic complex on campus. It is so comfortable and relaxing to stay here. It's my last year traveling to watch college soccer; I am really going to miss this place!

We ( myself and daughter ) having our own place to go nightly after visiting with our son , daughter in law and new grandson ! Perfect location as he is attending medical school nearby as well! Thank you providing us with a home away from home , we will be making future reservations again soon!

This charming cottage was the perfect place for me to spend a week while visiting my daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. I felt very much at home with everything that I could possibly need or want there for me. Great communication with the host, the listing is absolutely accurate in every way, and this property was better than I could have ever expected
