Little Blue Cottage - Charming 1-bedroom cottage in Kirksville

This cottage was a great value for the price. It was really clean and well-maintained. It really was charming, with great attention to every detail. The only complaint I have is the lack of communication from the owner. She was not very responsive - unlike other rental owners that we've dealt with in the past.

A lot of old homes that are not well taken care of.

This Little Blue Cottage is wonderful--so much so that after our first stay in June, we re-booked in July on our trip back home. Tastefully decorated with all the creature comforts. Kitchen is great with a nice Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamers. Erica has done an excellent job managing this. She was always available for my questions and was great getting back to me. Next time we are in Kirksville, we will book our trip around the availability of this cottage!!

Came down to the are to do some fishing and a short getaway for four days. This cottage is perfect!... Close to everything... Quiet and secure neighborhood... Host very helpful!... Will be back again if in the area!.... Thanks!

We stayed here when we came to visit my daughter for the weekend. The house was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was super quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was very clean and organized, cabin was well stocked to meet all needs of anyone staying there. I am lookig forward to stayiing there again. Host was very helpful and knowledgeable with the area. I will be booking with this host again.

This is a cute house to stay at near Truman State. The space was clean, updated, and the right size for two adults. The location was perfect for Kirksville and we could get to our events all over town in less than 8 minutes. The manager was kind and organized.

Cottage is exactly as pictured and the host had everything you would need including coffee, soap, washer, dryer, outside chairs, etc. I will be staying here again. Thanks!
