Stayed May 16, 2025Beautiful property for our small graduation celebration. Only about 12 minutes from downtown kirksville so very easy to get to the events. The views from the front porch are peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024We really enjoyed the stay. Very clean and cozy. If i had to kick on anything it would be that when i booked it it had on site that i booked from stated that the house had a hottub. It did not and never has. But still had an enjoyable weekend

Stayed Oct 18, 2023We came to visit friends in the area and found this gem. It is a cute place that is clean and perfect for what we needed. What was super kind is the owners, knowing we were coming in late, left the key in the door knob so we wouldn’t have to search for it and left the outside porch lights on for us. So nice of them. It is easy to get too and just so beautiful and peaceful. We loved the setting! If/when we come back we would hope to stay here again.

Stayed May 17, 2023It is a few miles out of Kirksville so if you want to be close to town but not the town noise, this is the place to go. It was so peaceful and charming. The morning you could sit out on the porch and drink coffee and just listen to the county sounds. The owners were very nice and had great communication. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be out in the country!!!!.
