The primary suite occupies the entire second floor, providing ultimate privacy. Stretch out on the bed while watching shows on the smart TV. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family loved this place. Not to far from the beach. You could even see some water from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again
Location was nice. This home is a little tired needs a refresh.
Area is great. Can walk to a great bagel shop over the footbridge. Beach is very close, great houses around, neighborhood was safe. Outdoor area is nice, needs cleaned, but good. House is dated, minimal decor, nice large, smart TV. Plenty of space. The week we were there, was unseasonably hot. A/C couldn't keep up and upstairs A/C only blew warm air. Called Vacasa, maintenance team called me, he was very nice. Gave me some tips on how to fix it, but couldn't make it until later in the day. We were leaving the next morning, so told him not to worry about it and that we'd try the ideas he had mentioned. Unfortunately, the A/C never worked. If the A/C were working properly, probably a 4 star. House was good, nothing great. Definitely needs upgraded/updated, but would stay again as the price reflected the condition. Would have gladly paid a bit more for a bit nicer amenities.
We loved this property! It was immaculately clean and updated throughout. It has a lovely private courtyard and is only a block from the ocean. It was comfortable and quiet at night. The property managers were available via text and quick to respond. Only suggestion is that it would be convenient if they provided the wifi password and garage code inside the home once you’re checked in. (Those were the 2 reasons I needed to contact them). But like I said, they responded immediately so it was not an issue. We loved the location of this property! It’s on a beautiful street and close to the beach and town shops and restaurants. We ate at the Rose Bakery Cafe and we highly recommend that too! We would definitely like to return to this property.
