Quaint cottage located directly on Long Meadow Pond

Cottage was bright, clean and well maintained. Sitting on the deck looking out over the water was relaxing -- just what you would want for a quiet getaway. We really enjoyed ourselves -- we understand why Maura's mother loved living there.

Maura was super helpful and the house was wonderful! Would love to stay there again.

Far and away the pond was the highlight of our stay: hearing the chorus of peepers from up close while kayaking at dusk, and bird-watching from the deck. Gorgeous lake view and lots of flotation options. :-) The cottage is well-equippped with games, foosball (though we didn't play--we were so focused on the pond and hiking nearby). The host had great communication. We had some trouble with the entry lock which we think maybe just needs fixing. It's a well-loved cottage: the bed frames are perhaps a bit worn and the bunk beds might be a challenge for adults. But overall an ideal location. We highly recommend walking the nearby Beaver Pond loop (astonishingly large Beaver dams). Good food options nearby. And just soooo peaceful! (No gas motors allowed on the lake). Good value. Spring turned out to be a perfect time to be there! Thank you to our host!

It was a very nice lake house. The wife and I enjoyed the relaxation with a number of great eateries in the area. The house was very cozy and well presented.

Cottage was exactly what we needed for an extended hockey weekend. Was close to all our destinations. Thankful that all the snow was removed from the parking area. Would like to stay again only in warmer weather. Was a bummer that none of us had cell service in the cottage

We had a good stay at MiMis cottage. Honestly it felt like Mimi passed and it went straight to Vrbo. Disappointed I had to bring my own sheets and towels and didn’t find out until the night before we left. The bed was the proto-type for Sleep Number or maybe I just couldn’t find the right number. Ran out of TP our last night. I chose to not bother Maura with that though. The kitchen was fully stocked. The house was clean. Just needs a little updating. The view was peaceful. Wish it was warmer during our visit!

We loved it. Beautiful property close to lots of hiking. The bed was not our favorite, but thats probably becasue we didnt know how to get the right sleep number. It was clean and comfortable.

Cozy lakefront cottage with beautiful lake views from the living room, sunroom, and deck. Fully equipped kitchen. Sleep number bed adds to the comfort. Terrific communications and easy check in. Will return.

My husband and I have been going to this property in Bethlehem ct for 4 years now it is very peaceful and comfortable and good fishing looking forward to next May already

You very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility of our 3-day stay in Maura's cottage. It was the perfect location for our bike trips. The house was spotlessly clean, and exactly as advertised.

Great little cabin on frozen pond. Was snowing when there made it very cozy. Was tree lighting while we were there - was like a hallmark movie.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at the cottage on Bantam Lake. The cottage is very comfortable, clean and attractive with a spectacular view of the lake. We would definitely return and would enjoy a summer stay with access to the lake and private beach.

We loved this well equipped cottage with great views of the lake and sunsets. A quiet lake (electric motors only). Choose a rod from the rack and fish from the dock, or use the available canoe, kayak, paddle boards, or rowboat.
