Private lakefront! New May - June savings. AC, kayaks, fishing, Pontoon optional

The kitchen was clean and well-equipped for all the meals we planned. Communication: our host was so very responsive and prompt to answer questions. The house and bedrooms were very comfortable. We had a great time here.

This was the perfect location for our girls weekend! We had a fun and relaxing stay in a peaceful and picturesque spot right on the water. We enjoyed cooking, kayaking, and relaxing on the waterfront patio.

The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful including some beautiful sunrises. My sons rented the pontoon which let to some nice fishing! Our granddaughter loved all the puzzles and games. Laurie and Hunter were available for any needs. A great time was had by all!!

This was our third year starting at this house. It's nice and clean. The owners take care of the house, each year they've made upgrades. It's nice and private, and it's close to many things. We'll probably make next year, our fourth year in a row coming here.

The beds were so comfortable! The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly good and the hot water kicked in quickly! Faster than ours at home. And a few little things in the bathroom were so helpful, providing a place to set things/bathroom bags (often overlooked by vrbo houses). The towel hanging rack plus the over the door hooks... more useful places to put things. The house was clean, the location and lake great, and the owners were fantastic to work with!

Just what we needed for a short trip away. The view was great! Just a short walk to a restaurant on the lake. Close to Seneca Falls downtown.

Our family (6 adults and 3 young kids) enjoyed the cottage, including the canoe, kayaks and fire pit. The space had everything we needed for our family with enough space to eat together and spend quality time together. Location was excellent for hiking excursions, not too far from some beautiful trails/waterfalls. The lake was warm and nice to have swimming for kids. The floor of lake is very mucky but with a floaty it was perfectly fine. Thank you for having us, we would recommend and come back again!

Our family had an amazing time! Laurie was a most welcoming host and showed us around when we first arrived. She was super accommodating of letting us use their lake mat for the duration of the stay because one of their float we were going to rent was not usable. The shade on the porch was great for my parents who liked staying out of the sun. There was plenty of room with bedrooms for everyone. It was clean and not very buggy at all inside. The kitchen had everything we needed! The a/c units in the two rooms upstairs were super helpful with the heat. The view of the lake was so relaxing. My kids had a blast fishing off the dock and playing in the water. We will certainly be looking to book again! Thank you!

We had an outstanding time here. The owners are very courteous and conscious of their property and do everything they can to make it absolutely enjoyable. The cottage itself is gorgeous and perfectly situated. It’s well equipped both inside and outside. We had the most enjoyable stay that we’ve had in many years of fun and great times at the finger lakes. We cannot recommend this property enough. It was just awesome.

Our stay here was Amazing!! Everything you need was supplied and clearly communicated. The house was very comfortable. The locatwas absolutely perfect!

Was disappointed in the overall accomodations. The whole outside of the property should have been power washed. The upstairs bedroom door did not latch closed. We had to make our beds every day as the sheets WOULD NOT STAY ON. It was like every part of the property was short cutted.

Great location, very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Back porch, dock, furniture is old, soiled. Needed to be swept and debris/spider webs removed. 2 of 4 dock chairs were missing the next day. We had a rain storm.. however the other two chairs never moved. We think someone took them.

We really enjoyed the location of the house. The view of the lake was fantastic. The house had plenty of room and everything was well appointed. The mattresses were a bit too firm and the queen mattress in the downstairs bedroom had a plastic covering on it which made for uncomfortable night’s sleep. Loved being right on the lake. We enjoyed many hours on the back deck taking in the view. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was there to greet us and show us around. We plan on returning!

Returned here for a quick getaway!… Laurie was very responsive and accommodating! The Reno’s made since our last stay were very nice!. Love the location! Lakehouse had everything we needed!

The rental has a lot of room and would be perfect for a bigger family. It absolutely met our needs. It was myself and my son. My main concern was we were in a safe neighborhood, ABSOLUTELY! We have found most cottages by the lake don't have a/c so it was nice to have the window units upstairs for when we slept. We had everything we needed for cooking etc. We didn't use the washer and dryer but it was nice that it was there. We also rented their pontoon boat they have avail on boatsetter.com and spending the day on the lake was a highlight. We live in MI and swim in the big lake often and an inland lake with a sand bottom so swimming in a weedy lake isn't for us but kayaking which is provided was super. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others; Laurie and Hunter were both great to deal with.

Stay was good! Fishing was bad! This house is very nice and well stocked of essentials. Communication was great! Wish either check in is earlier or check out later. Feel like we miss a day! Other than that I wholly recommend this home!

This property was wonderful to stay at for a few nights!! Walk out from the back right into the water and a beautiful view. Best stocked kitchen I've ever had at a rental property, they have everything you will need plus basic spices. Great open floor plan with large living room and kitchen. Bedrooms perfect for adults and bunk beds for kiddos. Plenty of windows and screen doors to let in the beautiful breeze and mild temperatures. This Florida girl has NEVER slept with windows open in the summer, what a treat! Wonderful to have access to kayaks, canoe and life vests. We also rented the pontoon boat for a day on the lake. Can't get any better than walking out the back door and on to a boat that is all your for 8 hours! Only down side, there is a lot of grass in the water around the dock, little ones may be creeped out by the feel of it. Would definitely stay again!

This house is truly lake front with parking available. We rented a pontoon from the owners, which worked out great! The house is conveniently located near wineries. Communication with the hosts was great. The pictures are a good representation of what to expect. New AC window units in the upstairs bedroom kept the bedrooms cool at night. This house worked well for a group of 6 woman.

Overall, nice property. This is our second time staying here. They've made some renovations since our last stay. Owners are nice. Location is good, not too far from town, and close to other attractions in the area. Lakefront area is nice and as private as it could be.

The water access and kayaks were a highlight for the family while i attended some business meetings. Property and house were orderly and neat but should get the bugs sprayed to make it a perfect getaway👍
