A perfect spot for a week on beautiful Block Island! Ila has thought of everything. The apartment was sparkling clean, had everything we could need, and was so close to town and walkable to some of our favorite restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again and again! It made for a truly enjoyable and relaxing week.

The place was amazingly clean, comfortable for 4 people, just like in the pictures. A/Cs and the WiFi worked well. Ila, our host was available and responsive. The loaded peach tree was an amazing bonus! Would recommend it for 3-5 night stays.

This property is a cute apartment on a lovely property. It is walking distance to New Shoreham, where there are shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors. The apartment was very clean, the bedrooms are a nice size & the beds are comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are very functional and updated. The porch is wonderful for a morning cup of coffee with beautiful views of the rolling hills. Ila was very kind and helpful, she made everything easy and relaxed.

Sheer perfection! The host was there to meet us, with fresh flowers for the house. The deck faces east and south, has plenty of comfy furniture, and was fantastic for watching the sunrise. Ample parking, even for my big truck. The outdoor shower was delightful. She had beach toys and other items available for our use. The sofa was comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Every kind of coffee maker; drip, Keurig, French Press. Soda Stream. Microwave, and a nice toaster oven. The beds were very comfy. A mini-split in the main room, and each bedroom kept the whole place temperate. There was also a large standing fan, if you choose to go green. With the windows open, the fresh air streams through the house. The shower had plenty of hot water, with excellent pressure. There is a small washer and dryer, both worked perfectly. The entire space is bright, airy, and clean. It is a 10-minute walk to town, all sidewalk. If I had to find one suggestion, it would be an ice maker. There isn't one in the refrigerator, but there are ice trays.

The beach cottage was lovely accommodations not far from the center of town. Close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the quiet and quaint location and nice deck on the beautiful island. Owner was fabulous to work with.

Ila and Marty are the best hosts on the island! This is an amazing rental that will fulfill all of your needs for a perfect visit to Block Island! Year after year, Peach Cottage is our happy place!

As usual Ila’s place is perfect for us. We have been staying with her for a while now and she always goes above and beyond for us. We are so appreciative of how she treats our children as well. She is the best!

Cleanl and comfortable, no sharp knives for cutting veg and bread, furniture worn, quiet, difficulty with tv, very expensive and hostess delightful

We return to Ila and Marty‘s property year after year because of the immaculate condition it is in, clean and fully-stocked, not to mention how warm and generous these hosts are. Every year there are updates and improvements! Ila is like family for us and we love visiting this special spot year after year! This year-twice! This rental is very convenient to town and anything you would want to see and do with kids, very safe and clean! We cherish our Peach Cottage memories!

This is our second time staying here and it’s just so cute and cozy! Ila makes it super special for her guests. It’s close to town and makes for a perfect stroll in the morning for coffee or an evening ice cream run! We will definitely be back!

Amazing location and beautiful views. Easily can walk to the Spring House or Atlantic. Check-in is easy and the property is well maintained. Quiet and relaxing environment. It is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway on the Block. Definitely will be back soon!!

If you’re looking for a cute, clean, comfortable place to stay, this is it. This property is a short 10 minute walk from town. It was stocked with everything we needed and more, including beach chairs. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck overlooking a beautiful yard, including a vegetable garden and peach tree. Host Ila was kind and generous. We will definitely be back next year!

Ila and Marty were such wonderful, accommodating hosts! As soon as we finished unloading our luggage, we realized my 3 year old had pushed the ignition button on my car, which drained our battery. Marty had a device that powered our battery enough to turn our car back on, saving the day!! The unit itself was well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. It was the perfect place for our little family to stay. We had a great time. Thanks so much, Ila and Marty!!

We have stayed with Ila Multiple times over multiple years and love every experience since we’ve gone out. The space is amazing perfect for a small family and she is very accommodating. She loves our kids and treats them like her own and we can’t thank her enough for allowing us to stay another year!

This property is absolutely amazing. It's cozy, comfortable and spotless! I stayed with my daughter (8 yrs old) and niece (13 yrs old) and it was absolutely perfect. Ila and Marty were so hospitable. The location is perfection! You will not be disappointed if you book this spot. Hope to book again for next year!

We felt right at home at Ila’s place!! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our favorite part was the sunny deck with a grill and a great view. So relaxing and peaceful!! Also a great location, only a quick 10 minute walk to the ferry. Hosts were very responsive if we needed them! We would definitely stay here again!! :)

Everything was new, clean, and comfortable , close to all activities. Beautiful view of block island from the deck. Hostess was so nice, she even left fresh flowers. We will definitely go back again!
