Pop’s Cottage. A private and serene setting in the country 10 minutes from UVa

This property was well lite outside and felt very comfortable inside. Had all the things you need. I would love to go back.

Beautiful views, perfect place to relax and great recommendations by our host of the Monticello Trail wineries.

The house was located in a great and scenic location, near several really nice wineries. Ideal if you are traveling with a dog. The house was cozy, with a nice, well stocked kitchen, and my wife particularly liked the heated floor in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Pop’s Cottage! The property is beautiful and very accessible to so much of the area. The cottage is small, but very comfortable with nice amenities.

Met up with friends for friend’s Birthday celebration. Great location for wine tasting and hiking. Super cute cottage with everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Our puppy loved it too! Will definitely stay there again!

Everything was exactly how it is described. Wonderful cottage. Minutes from lots of destinations but far enough away to offer privacy. Owners were great to work with, very welcoming and offered fantastic suggestions for dining. Would most definitely stay again!

We came to Charlottesville to visit our daughter who attends UVA. The quiet, relaxing cottage is a perfect country setting and close to everything!!! Our dog loved exploring the yard!’We cannot wait to visit again even after our daughter graduates!!!!

Cute cottage with a beautiful view of the mountains. Enjoyed the peace and quiet and close proximity to Pippin Hill Winery and downtown Charlottesville.

We enjoyed our stay with our dog who loved the big yard to run and explore. The king sized bed and family room sofa are very comfortable. The place is nicely designed, clean, with updated amenities. The designer chicken coup was a plus, complete with a wolf statue our dog tried to make friends with. Location is easy to get to and offers a mountain vista.

Great location and wonderfully responsive owner. Second time staying at Pops Cottage and highly recommend.

The place was very clean, beautiful views, easy access. The house is on same property as owners next to their house, so not as private. However, the owners designed it in a way to allow maximum privacy.

Everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful property in an ideal location to enjoy the local wineries and Charlottesville. Owner provided a very sturdy and safe ramp to assist our accessibility needs which was greatly appreciated. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Cute, adorable, perfectly acquainted little cottage. The view was incredible and seeing the chickens in the coop each morning was a great way to start the day. While on the owners property, we still felt a sense of privacy and seclusion that we badly needed after two full days of babysitting our very young niece and nephew! We will absolutely come back!
