This is lovely cottage in a perfect position to explore the Forest of Dean and access to Gloucester. It is in a quiet road in a small village that has access to man roads. The cottage was maintained to a high standard, painted and decorated in a lovely way to reflect the history of the building. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious.Having a toilet downstairs was most helpful. The porch/entryway/boot room was perfect for storing bikes and taking off shoes and coats. We cooked a couple of times in the oven and hob - both worked well.
