Stayed Sep 21, 2025Seagulls is a superb holiday home which my friends and I have stayed in a number of times. The house is warm, comfortable and well equipped. We spend a good deal of time in the upstairs sitting room gazing across the marshes. We often see a barn owl hunting. The village shop is amazingly well stocked and is open very long hours. The Two Magpies Bakery near the Quay has delicious bread, pastries and cakes.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023A bit dated but we felt this added to the properties charm. Brilliant location, parking for three cars, good amenities in the village apart from the two pubs, neither providing a satisfactory experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a lovely time despite coronavirus meaning that our son and his wife not being to come. The cottage would be great for a family holiday but needs some updating. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our second stay at Seagulls - a lovely base to explore North Norfolk from. All the amenities that you need for a pleasant stay, and of course that view from the sitting room - awesome. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful setting and very spacious property with a large and peaceful garden. Very comfortable beds and lounge with a lovely view over salt marshes. Great for deer, rabbit and bird watching! Generally very well equipped inside and out but could do with larger wine glasses (!) All the appliances worked but could do with more modern hoover. A little bit of tlc needed e.g. kitchen drawer trim. Overall a very happy stay and would be pleased to return to this property and this part of North Norfolk. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Seagulls suits our 3generation family very well. The accommodation and the garden are both spacious, the upstairs sitting room is a real bonus, and was much appreciated this year when the weather wasn’t always good. The location is second to none. Two hotels, two pubs and a restaurant and a supermarket all within walking distance. We have just had our 8th holiday at Seagulls and hope to return.
