Stayed Jun 18, 2026My family absolutely loved our stay here. The house is basically right next to the pier and easy access to the beach but still felt private. We had 6 adults and 2 children and the house was a perfect size - we spent most of our time outside on the beautiful porch and deck to enjoy the view of the ocean. Very well equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation. We would love to rent this place again!

Stayed Jun 15, 2026I was Just Struggling to leave such a scenic, comfy, convenient, clean, spacious, thought of everything location in Sunset Beach. Seriously, we had the very best location close to the ocean, of course, but also the pier/snack shop, coffee shop/bike rental, ice cream/candy shop. We were in the middle of everything! The house received raving reviews from my family all weekend. Honestly, l hated to leave...lt was not too crowded with a lot of pets, kids, cars, or people, in general. Sunset Beach is just a laid-back, nice place for people who want to savor the simple things in life, like me. And Just Struggling was the perfect place to unwind and relax...

Stayed May 17, 2026I honestly can’t say enough great things about this property, the location or the Host! As soon as we stepped inside, we were 100% certain this was going to be a terrific vacation. The view from the main living space or the back porch is unmatched. Every little detail has been thoughtfully and intentionally placed in the beach cottage even down to chip clips (which were left for the next guests ), beach chairs and a beach wagon. The Host was super quick to respond to any questions or clarifications. I can only hope that the property is available for our next Sunset Beach adventure.

Stayed Sep 7, 2025So special to spend time at Sunset in this beautiful, vintage beach cottage! It has been wonderfully renovated while keeping the original character from the 1960s. Brand new furnishings and updated bathrooms. Easy access to boardwalk. Perfect location to watch the sunrise from the back porch. We will definitely be back :)
