Modern Cottage with Pool & Sun Terraces in Bagni Di Lucca.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely little house. Giuseppe and Cinzia were great hosts, very friendly and helpful.

Giuseppe and Cinzie were absolutely lovely hosts - very helpful but not intrusive at all. There was a gorgeous welcome pack of food, beers, wine and home made limoncello which was fabulous! The house was perfect for us and Bagni Di Lucca is a great location, especially to go and see the numerous hilltop villages nearby alongside your tourist towns such as Lucca and Florence. We would highly recommend La Zinobita to anyone who wants to stay in a lovely place in Tuscany! Grazie Mille Giuseppe and Cinzie!

We had a wonderful stay in La Zinobita. Giuseppe and Cinzia were welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. The house was clean, comfortable and well kept with Giuseppe cleaning the pool early every morning. There were several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade. The pool was lovely with super views. The property is very well situated within easy reach of the centre and no problems parking outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.

We spent a wonderful week at La Zinobita. It started with a very warm welcome by Giuseppe and this wife. They were very friendly and helpful. The house was nice and clean, the pool very refreshing. The house is at walking distance of a supermarket and several pubs and restaurants. We definitely would like to come back another time!

The cottage is fantastic and very well equipped with lovely areas to sit outside. The pool is, as described, small but ideal for cooling off. (There is a public swimming pool within walking distance with some diving boards). It is all very clean and Giuseppe and Cinzia were great hosts with a great welcome. They live next door and are always happy to help with anything. The supermarket is across the road which was very handy and we got the train from the local station to Pisa and Florence. We would recommend visiting Lucca which was beautiful. We had a great 10 days there and would highly recommend this property. Grazie Giuseppe e Cinzia per le belle vacanze!

We had the best week ever staying at the lovely La Zinobita cottage. We were greeted by the lovely Giuseppe and Cinzia, the owners, on arrival and they couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. They were so so kind and Giuseppe even took us for a little tour of the mountains which was incredible. If you stay here, I highly recommend chatting to Giuseppe as he has such great knowledge of the area and really couldn't have been a better host for us. We also loved his dog Tessa! The house itself was great, with everything you need for a perfect holiday. They even provide beach towels for lounging by the pool. The master bed was super comfy and there were so many places to relax in the sun. We loved having breakfast on the sun terrace, just off the master bedroom. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side for a few days of our stay but that didn't stop us enjoying the lovely pool area. The views from the pool are just beautiful. There's a supermarket just across the road and wonderful restaurants in the village centre which is about 600 yards down the road. We were worried about having to drive to dinner every night but the location was absolutely perfect. If you hire a car, there's no problem parking outside. And there's a train station quite nearby for trips to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked to return in September on the day we got home! Dear Paul, We stayed 10 days in this fantastic house with everything we need. We were welcomed by Guiseppe and his wife, very sweet people, to whom we could ask for anything! From here we visit many cities. Really worth staying here. Beautiful tastefully decorated cottage with several terraces and your own private pool, which is a big plus. We really loved it here.
