Situated in the village of Arorangi on Rarotonga's western coastline, this studio enjoys the late afternoon sun and tropical sunsets we are more accustomed to reading about between the pages of a seven seas romance or adventure novel. The studio has a king-sized bed that splits into two singles perhaps for two friends to share. It has a well equipped kitchen and barbecue on the veranda. Stayed Apr 2, 2024We loved our stay at Moana Sunset, right on the beach, private and convenient - wonderful! The studio is not new but is very well priced and equipped with everything you could possibly need - it would have been very easy to grab a few bags of groceries and simply stay put and enjoy! Tons of covered outdoor space - we had a lot of rain but it was still lovely to sit under cover and read or watch the tide on the reef. We easily found nice places to swim out the front of the bungalow or watch the little fish on the coral, lots of fun! There are several restaurants very close by, a couple that are just a few hundred metres walk down the beach and best of all, an ice cream shop two doors from the front gate! Thank you Eddie for checking to see if all was well - it was indeed!

Stayed Jul 5, 2021Beautiful views and surroundings. Lovely deck out front and we spent lots of time there just looking at the view and relaxing. It was great that we could could our own meals on the BBQ. The bach had everything we could need. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jun 23, 2021We loved our stay at Moana Sunset, unfortunately we didn't have the right weather to enjoy the beautiful sunsets but no matter! The beach is literally on your doorstep, and it feels very private. It's a quiet area, which is a nice change from the bustling resorts nearby. The space is roomy enough for 2, with a large deck outside to drink a cocktail on and enjoy the view. Would highly recommend you stay here!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Accommodation was very clean and well appointed. The big deck and loungers were a bonus for lounging around. Not the best location for snorkeling but ok for swimming at high tide.

Stayed Jan 24, 2020Everything you need for a week on the beach. Pack light - there's a washer! Nice BBQ. Wake up with the chickens and make friends with the beach dogs.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful time staying in this bach which is right on the beach with great views. Everything you need is supplied and the owner is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay here again
